Very nice restaurant, you will enjoy even if you are not vegetarian or vegan. The taste is great, I can not say cheap but the prices are reasonable, my lunch costed 13€. You take anything you want from the buffet and the employee weighs your plate, your food is priced according to the weight.

Ginko is an all-vegan buffet-organized restaurant, most of the dishes are gluten free.
They have a broad range of cold and warm dishes one can choose from. The different salads and main courses cover eastern-mediteranean/Levante, adriatic-mediteranean as well as Austrian home cuisine and include, for example, oven roasted veggies, quinoa, dahls and curries or stews such as ratatouille.
The menu varies daily, all dishes are prepared on site and produce is sourced locally and of organic quality.
The prize is by weight of the plate, in general it is on the higher side, but worth every penny!
I highly recommend this place.

One of the best eating places in Graz, especially if you are a vegetarian or vegan (though I would recommend this place for a regular diet person too, just as a wonderful experience). You get to pick and mix your own food and you pay at the end, after the staff weighs your plates.
All of their produce is bio (and yummy!). If you ever get the chance to try the Thai Massaman curry, go for it!
Other really interesting foods and beverages are: the red beet coconut soup, the mixed spicy pickles, the tofu "meatballs", the bio beers and ALL of their desserts.
The place has a really good vibe, great service, English speaking staff and clean bathrooms.
It's really easy to get there from the city center by foot or tram, but be careful: although the restaurant is quite big it gets really crowded on workdays, around noon.

Vegan comfort food. Just an awesome restaurant in the no-frills no problem healthy category. Wide variety of choices in the buffet. Eclectic cuisine made by eclectic cooks. Even the wine by the glass was good! Went two days in a row for good measure.

So! The food is extraordinarily good, every time after I come here for dinner, I remain happy:)

Always excellent vegan food, and as you can make you own choise of salads, soup and Main dishes at the Buffet, you decide wether you want just a small bite or you want to eat as an Elephant.
And as last course you find deserts, cakes and a nice cup of coffee.

Good and healthy food, low price, nice place.

Uncomplicated veggie food, from light to heavy stuff. Big choice for the salads, with bean, linsen and chickpea, quinoa recipes... Its usually super super crowded and the desserts come apart (and they are not very cheap) but I love to come here from time to time.

Always are pleasure to dine at Ginko. The staff is friendly and the food is simply perfect. You can tell its amazing by how smooth it runs even though there are many people for lunch here.

I thought it would be impossible to find a restaurant in Graz where one can eat quickly, healthy food, for an affordable price at a cosy, cool but clean and hygenically safe place. Oh, and all this in the downtown. I was wrong. The solution is Gingko.

The best place I have eaten in a while! Everything was super tasty! I like the name Ginko and the place has a nice vibe. Would recommend to try all the dishes, but you'll have problems eating that much, because they have a lot to choose from. They have self service, so don't go there too hungry :D I have no photo of main dish, I didn't have time to take one 🤣

Went to this cozy restaurant with friends today, it was a wonderful experience. Delicious and colourful food. Was surprised with so many vegan options. The concept is awesome. Highly recommend it.

The food is absolutely incredible. It's buffet style and you pay he amount you took from the buffet - they weigh it at the cashier. I love this place. You can walk in, grab whatever you like, pay, eat leave - I don't think I've spent more than half an hour here - it's perfect for a quick lunch break when you're at uni or working. Would definitely recommend.
