One of the best Gym I ever visit. Old style but new machines and equipment. Very powerlifting and serious body building oriented. Nice people, clean and modern. Daily drop 15€ (be aware they don't accept cards). Rudi, the owner, a very kind and nice guy. Totally suggested.

Incredible gym, I would go so far as to say the best gym I've ever visited. I run gyms in London, and can safely say they have nailed this.
The guy let me train for free the first time as I didn't have any cash, I promised to return and did.
Great equipment, everything you can think of, really welcoming vibe, amazing staff.

I visited this gym while on holiday in Graz and am very glad I did. The Gym has a great set-up for powerlifting, bodybuilding and even strongman. I mainly used the strongman kit; there are metal and wooden logs, a circus dumbell, farmers handles and atlas stones ranging from 60kg to somewhere in the high 100's (I think I saw a 180 stone but there could be heavier) with a platform for loading.

Most importantly the gym feels like a welcoming place, with both staff and members being friendly and up for a chat.

The gym is also very clean and has a space to chill out and drink a shake / coffee sold at the reception.

I'd recommend to anyone who's into strength sports

Alles was speziell das Athletenherz begehrt um wirklich optimal trainieren zu können.

Eleiko Fullset + Weightlifting Plattform für olympisches Gewichtheben bzw. Blockpulls und Zugübungen in meinem Fall.

Powerbar + IPF certified Rogue Stahlscheiben für Squat, Bench, Deadlift. (Natürlich auch eine Wettkampf Bank, genügend Racks und harter Boden)

Abgesehen von dem High Level Equipment auch wirklich coole Old School Geräte (die echt Spaß machen) für Assistance Übungen bzw für Powerbuilder/Bodybuilder.

Abgesehen davon:

Fantastisches "Hardcore-Bodybuilding" Gym, dennoch sehr hoher Standard bezüglich Sauberkeit, Qualität der Sanitäranlagen und Service. Gratis Probetraining möglich, sehr zuvorkommende und nette Mitarbeiter.

Schon viele Gyms gesehen und probiert... mit Sicherheit das Beste. Atmosphäre, Leute und von der Ausstattung brauchen wir gar nicht reden. Top Geräte von verschiedenen Herstellern und auch wirklich ausgefallene Sachen dabei.
Die beiden Chefs verstehen ihr Geschäft und kennen sich im (Kraft)Sport wirklich aus.

Mit Abstand das Beste Fitnessstudio in ganz Steiermark! Schon gar nicht vergleichbar mit den gewöhnlichen Fitnessketten.

Man hat für jede Muskelgruppe so viele Geräte zur Auswahl. Dazu auch 4 Squat Racks und einen Rasen mit Strongman Equipment. Traumhafter Ort für einen wahren Lifter. Rudi und Gabriel sind auch sehr tolle Kerle 😁💪
