There are still great bookstores around!
It's been a long time since I have visited such a complete and universal bookstore. Every book I have given away as a present in the last 20 years was available (which was the purpose of entering - buying a present)

As a non-german speaker that needed to buy some books I was extremely satisfied with the service. The bookstore is HUGE, with three big floors, so it was a bit overwhelming, but the staff were incredibly helpful and nice and they helped with all my inquiries. We talked in English and they took their time to show and find exactly what I needed.

From what I saw, they have a manga and a comic book section, smaller e-book section, a big children's section and two floors with various fiction and non-fiction books for adults.

Large Bookstore (3 levels high if I am not wrong), with plenty of books of different topics, genres etc. Split into different sections with plenty of helpful staff!

A great place to buy books, newspapers, magazines, children's books. They even have a special part of the bookstore for books about horses for children. I bought a magazine in English, with the German-English dictionary after each text in the magazine for my students of English. I recommend this bookstore.

Huge selection of books from nearly every category (novel, history, travel, art, architecture, you name it)!

The only bookshop to consider in Graz. On the 2nd Saturday in December it was, of course, packed to the rafters.

Massive.. the only place for books, and calendars which is what we were looking for.

Wonderful place. People speak english as well. Spread over 3 levels. Neatly organized and good guidance. Found what I need with support in less than a minutes. Bought 3 different things in two different floors. Highly recommend.

I like Moser a lot. A great place to find all you need, whether you want to get ideas, a good book, some notes or just want to spend some time between two meetings. I love that you can sit down and enjoy the atmosphere or your reading. But it's also OK if you meet there someone and you sit down for a chat. I like that also the youth use it as a meeting point. And I also have seen a Kids' Corner, where kids can be left while the parent is going around. The staff is kind and ready to help. Thanks.

Well equipped bookstore, whatever you want to read, the chances of not finding it here are low. Good selection of English books for those who prefer reading originals. Comfortable and quiet.

With the general demise of brick & mortar book stores all over, this is one of the few still holding out in this town. It offers a refreshingly large selection in it's multistory venue that invites to browse and also lets you sit down and get some refreshment in their in-store coffee shop. Knowledgeable assistants are more than willing to give you a hand if you look for something specific.

The bookstore Moser is the biggest one in the city of Graz, with a longlasting tradition on several locations. Very friendly and competent staff, they told us that all books that cannot be bought right now can be ordered and delivered to the shop.

Huge variety of books, magazines, travel maps etc. The coffee shop inside is also very nice. It's great to have such a traditional book shop still in Graz!

my favourite place whenever i have an awkward amount of time to spend in graz. big bookshop with great atmosphere, a very chill place to be. they also have a fair amount of English-language books.

Huge selection of books, lots of English books as well, though primarily the books are in German of course - thus for German speakers there should be an enormous number of books to choose from.
