Guys, if you are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented place, then you found it. I went today to see the shop, and although they were not in working hours, they welcomed me and gave me all the information I need to buy a new bike!

I was stranded in Graz on business and needed my bike fixed. These guys have so much knowledge. They knew exactly what tire to get that wouldn’t scrape - it’s been a problem they knew without asking. Sent me off with a 15mm wrench since they were booked all week so I can fix on Myomen. Best shop ever.

My rear hub broke and I needed a quick repair. I was completely satisfied with this shop. The staff was friendly, they worked quickly and at a reasonable price. My German is not too good, so it was a big help that they speak English. I can highly recommend them.

Cool vibes. Smart mechanic who gave me a shim and didn’t ask for a red cent. Amply recommended.

The guys at Lemur helped me out with a wheel rebuild while I was on a long bicycle tour. They are upfront with pricing and it is very reasonable. They are also very friendly and accommodating, allowing me to perform my own maintenance on their premises, borrowing their tools and even providing me with a coffee.
They have a great community spirit and truly love bicycles.

Nur kurz wegen zwei gerissenen Speichen hingebracht und mit einem perfekt eingestellten, geschmierten, strammen und leisen Stadtrad wieder weggefahren. So macht Stadtradfahren auch im Winter spass!

Hatte ein "etwas exklusiveres" Fahrrad zum Service, da ich das Problem selbst nicht finden konnte. Mein Rad aus der Hand zu geben, bereitet mir grundsätzlich schon Unbehagen.

ABER: Service-Dauer und Ergebnis zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit. Etwas "Schmäh" muss man aushalten :).
