Wow, wow, wow - simply remarkable! I have traveled to 80 countries, and this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and is the perfect mix of traditional and modern. The views from the terrace are expansive. The food is truly excellent, but the wines are sublime. Especially the gelber muskateller. And for something like $10-$15 a bottle, probably the best value on the planet. You can't go wrong here!

A very pleasant experience! The place is located on top of a hill, leading to a beautiful view and a few very nice hiking trails. The restaurant proposes a short but very good menu, and the wine is just perfect!

We had a great time in Weinrefugium. Stephanie, one of the owners, was super nice and helpful. You could take all sorts of advice on good food and attractions nearby. The room was very clean and tidy. Perfect view from balcony. The breakfast was simple but good. The wine here was good too. Had a relaxing time here. Will visit here again (maybe in other season)!

The hotel is small and modern, our room was very well designed and comfortable. Very comfortable bed, the air conditioning was placed in such as way that we could use it all night. Very functional and modern bathroom.
The views from the hotel are fantastic, both from our room and the restaurant.
The food in the restaurant was very tasty, we went for breakfast and dinner.
Ample parking space.

· This is not a criticism, just helping to manage expectations: the hotel is really in the middle of wine country, getting around requires a car, though taxi services are available. Walking around is great, but more for sport/trekking rather than as means of getting from A to B.

Love everything about the place, from the location to the fact that they label all the Switches in the rooms! The food is exquisite and just the right portions.

Not only the landscape and the interiors are very beautiful, it is moreover the friendly, professional and outstanding owners and staff, that made each of my stays absulutely excellent! Highly recommended.

Wie jedes Jahr waren wir wieder zu Gast und haben einen schönen Abend bei gutem Essen und gutem Wein verbracht. Der Service und die freundliche Atmosphäre war perfekt. Das Essen wie immer sehr gut und schöne Portionen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Hotel in traumhafter Lage.
Sehr schön, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.
Hervorragende Küche und Weine.
Immer freundliches, zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Service.
Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar klein, aber fein und bietet neben dem tollen Ausblick auch eine eigene Weinbar.
Von der modernen, großzügigen Terrasse kann man den herrlichen Sonnenuntergang hinter den Hügeln der "Steirischen Toskan" am Besten genießen - Romantik pur!
4Tage perfekter Aufenthalt in einer wunderbaren Landschaft.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist super. Es gibt einen Pool und eine Sauna im Innenbereich. Diese waren sehr gepflegt. Das Essen war auch ausgezeichnet, wobei die Portionen zu klein sind. Die Auswahl an Weinen ist groß und auch preislich sehr in Ordnung. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist vorallem das Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
