Wonderful hot spring and super nice view. And mud/clay mask. I spent 3 hours there. Buy the ticket on the website. The staff are very nice to allow us to buy tickets on site since it was full on the website.

A great environment to relax and take away the stress. The different pools allow your body to take off the stress. The mud bath smooths out skin like nothing else. The buffet is amazing with a great variety of foods. The scenery is great. Messages to finish the day were the best idea ever.

We turned up without a booking and the spa team were very accommodating. Ezequiel was particularly engaging and helpful, clearly wanting us to have the best time possible. The spa itself was great and in a beautiful setting, would thoroughly recommend!

We went to the spring thermal pools which are delightful. The best thing about them is that it all blends with nature. Hope they will not ne intervened by men. The river flows along providing a relaxing melody.
The restaurant serves a wide variety of fresh food meats, fruit and goos wines.
More showers are barhdooms ars needed.

We did a full spa day with lunch and it was lovely. Many pools of different temperatures, towels and water provided throughout, mud bath, dry and wet sauna, massages, and lunch.

Visited the thermal spa for a half day as part of a package tour (Spa + Lunch + Rafting).

These hot springs are great, there are a couple of indoor ones and a lot of outdoor. They range in temperature from very hot to cold, (albeit the very hot ones are not crazy temperatures, you can walk in fairly easily).

The surrounding is incredible, being in the middle of the Andes - the outdoor warm pools are a great place to chill and enjoy what's around you.

Facilities seemed quite clean and staff were very helpful when we were there. The pool on the upper floor was pretty quiet so a good place to get away from the more crowded spa pools - however, despite a lot of people around it never felt too busy.

Did not stay overnight so I did not see the rooms, did a day pass....gave rooms 5 stars because I loved the place! The spa, the springs (thermal), the people, even the mud. Please don't miss the lunch buffet!!! Oh My God...5 stars! Try the "Mindfulness" program the hotel offers. Rodolfo is the guide/musician/facilitator for the day of mindfulness and has such a great energy. Love everything about this place.

This place is brilliant. If you are going to the Mendoza area, this is an excellent place to stay. The facilities are fantastic, this has loads of different spa pools and a lovely swimming pool. There are also lots of trips you can do in the area, such as vineyards. We did Bodega Monteviejo, which was fantastic.
We used the pools every day and had a really relaxing time here. It’s a great getaway. Lunch is also great with a massive selection. The rooms are a bit basic, but really comfortable, with fantastic views.
We actually drove across the pass from Santiago in Chile and stayed here. That was a brilliant trip and if you are interested in doing it, contact me.

Absolutely loved our day long stay here. We came by minibus provided through our reservations. Spent the day in the many hot pools, enjoyed a massage and the mud bath, had a delicious lunch. Would definitely return!

We couldn't book online - but lucky they had afternoon half day spots available that we were able to get via walk in. The front desk was super helpful and friendly. We loved our experience here - the different pools were really nice and the mud masque as well. The hot springs here seem way nicer than the public ones down the road.

Now the tricky thing was finding our way back - the front desk called cabs but about 40min wait so plan accordingly.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. Super fun and relaxing experience I would definitely recommend doing at least an afternoon at the spa

Excellent place. I was only able to spend a few hours and have lunch here. Worth spending the entire day. Will come back for sure. Looks very clean and maintained. The food was very good and the staff was very attentive. The staff from the lockers was also superb! Be sure to use the humid sauna / steamer cave! The check in process for the thermal waters day spa services is a bit hectic if you don’t have a reservation. (Make one ahead of time). I would recommend adding spa treatments - massage, facials, etc).

Great place, impressive service and beautiful scenery.
Great spa between the mountains with natural hot springs, several pools with different temperatures and some nice extra services like massages.
The launch was decent, not the best, it lacked some variety specially with desserts.
I would definitely go again.

One of the best days I've spend on my travels... Pure luxury the hot pools are great. Covered ourselves in mud which was fun. Had the best buffet I have ever eaten. Then topped the day off with a back massage. A must go place!

Beautiful hot spring hotel in the Andes just outside Mendoza. Definitely worth a day trip up for some relaxing and lunch. The buffet is wonderful with tons of meat, pasta, veggies and desserts - plus a few microbrewery beers on tap which was a nice option after a week of wine 🍷

I did not stay at the hotel. I just had a Afternoon Spa which includes the thermals. It was a wonderful experience I do recommend this as a must do when visiting Mendoza AR.

My boyfriend and I are traveling from the US and although we did not stay over night at this hotel (we stayed at the park Hyatt) we Did a day trip and it was an incredible relaxing day surrounded by the Andes mountains and beautiful hot springs! There is also mud to rub on and exfoliate with! Definitely would come back and recommend if you’re staying in Mendoza.
Also, there’s a little path you can do that brings you to a suspended bridge (more on the daring side) and I believe they are building a zip line! Fun!
