Hands down the best and most fun we had in all of our Mendoza wine tastings. Shout out to Graciela who made the experience! As a former chef, she had interesting food pairings including freshly made empanadas, that really showed the different nature of the wines. She taught us about the wines themselves, the winery and owners, Argentine culture, some folklore and had us laughing, eating and drinking throughout.

It’s a bit unassuming when you drive up and doesn’t have the marketing dollars to be a big name but it’s a small, family owned vineyard with excellent wines and the best people. Truly stand out.

We arrived at 4pm and had a wine tasting and food pairing. The empanadas and cheese board were delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the wine was excellent. Would highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area

One of the best tastings we have every experienced! we were served freshly made empanadas and taught pairings during the tasting. Our host was VERY gracious, knowledgeable, and engaging. We highly recommend others to visit this winery!

Have you ever had a wine-gastronomic orgasm? Finca Adelma is the place to have multiple of them! Can't recommend enough! The atmosphere, the view of the Andes, the delicious wines, the best humita empanadas and the passion of Graciela and Elio for their job made me literally cry of joy!! Absolutely the best wine tasting experience in Mendoza, and we visited 6 bodegas! A sin to miss it if you visit Uco Valley!

As you pull into the bodega you are welcomed by the friendliest person, Elio. This is only the start of a beautiful experience. Your sommelier Graciela is a book of knowledge who will guide you throughout your entire stay. Empanadas are the best we've had in all our travels (and we've been to all of latin America), wine is unbelievable and perfectly complements the cheese platter. Do not overlook this bodega, you will regret it. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic tour, tasting experience, and wine!! Aixa was incredibly accommodating and made our tasting experience very enjoyable! We liked the wine so much that we went back the next day (after visiting more vineyards) to buy more from Finca Adelma. Highly recommend

Best wine tasting we had in Uco Valley (visited three).

Showed around the vineyard followed by a wine tasting. Part of a Bike wine tour, 4 people, and a family of 5. The guide spoke English well and was very knowledgable, guiding us through the wine tasting very well.

Enthusiastic presentation of great wines.

Provavelmente a melhor experiência que tive em Mendoza. Hélio é um expert na parte prática do vinho - sem blábláblá de aroma, cor, etc... - sabe estimular nossa imaginação para sensações que o vinho e suas características nos causam.

Com garrafas que variam entre 15 e 70 dólares, eles tem vinhos para todos os gostos e recomendo compra-los, pois eles só produzem uma quantidade capaz de suprir o mercado interno. Não espere achar em outro país tão fácil. Destaque para o Atipax tinto e Jorgelita rosado com bastante frescor.

Hermosa experiencia. La finca es preciosa y la degustación personalizada (eso los diferencia). La atención es un 10. Recomiendo ir si van para Valle de Uco. Mientras degustas tenes un paisaje soñado. Sin dudas tienen que ir.

Finca Adelma proporcionou a nós uma experiência inesquecível sobre entendimento e harmonização de vinhos. A Graziela foi incrível. Apaixonada pelo o que faz, entendedora de vinhos e muito entusiasmada. Nos deu uma verdadeira master class e foi impossível não sair da finca com garrafas de vinhos e ótimas lembranças! É uma vinícola pequena, quase que familiar e sem muita frescura para turistas. Vale muito a pena a visita!

A experiência que eles proporcionam na degustação é única, pois na hora de explicar tudo, fazem diversas analogias para quem não entende muito de vinho.

Local pequeno, familiar e tradicional, muito diferente de vinícolas gigantescas e comerciais.

Vinhos maravilhosos e nesse local, comi a melhor empanada de carne da minha vida, feita na hora, ao nosso lado no forno a lenha! Que lugar!!!

Sin dudas una bodega boutique que supera las expectativas en cuanto a la calidad de sus vinos y la atención personalizada. Un hermoso lugar para degustar las riquísimas opciones que acompañan los vinos de la degustación; y en mi apreciación personal, unos de los más ricos que probé hasta ahora en los recorridos realizados.
Nos atendieron súper bien, fue una experiencia llena de buena energía, información y sabores fantásticos dónde degustamos y nos divertimos en todo el recorrido.
Altamente recomendable para quienes quieren disfrutar un recorrido diferente a los paseos habituales por bodegas.
