The vineyard is very beautiful and peaceful and also the staff was really nice and welcoming. However, when we sat down for lunch or dinner, we constantly needed to remind the waiters of our orders and the orders took too long to prepare. All in all a very nice experience with room to improve.

We stayed in the the posada for three nights. Everything was amazing and the food delicious. The personeel is always ready to help and their attention to detail is simply great. We also visited Kilka restaurant, if you have the chance please don't miss the 6 step menu lunch. Matias and Emanuel do wonders in the kitchen. And Lourdes, the sommelier, will walk you through the wines while looking at a wonderful landscape. Special thanks to Diego for being at disposition, to Gabriel for showing us the vineyards and to all the people working in the service and the kitchen!

Unbelievable scenic views and peaceful environment. We loved every aspect of it. Highly recommended among Mendoza wineries and posadas, hands down!

Extremely well crafted wines, paired with exquisite food, in an incredible location. The hotel is completely surrounded by the Andes. Every time I come here I am amazed by the mountains.

A very beautiful vineyard with very friendly people, we stayed with a group at Posado for three days, it was a live changing experience, with beautiful scenery and food and of course the Salentein wine 🍷

We only ate and drank here. We had a 3 course prefix menu here. The wine was superb. The pumpkin soup was delicious, the empanada was very good too. The filet was cooked well and tasty. My favorite part of the menu was dulce de leche volcano dessert. It was the best dessert I had in all of Mendoza.

Store: They also have a store where you can buy not only wine but other items.
Hotel: quiet, private. Reduced capacity.
Art gallery: very nice.
Church: amazing.

Spectacular. Love it, I've been here many times. A variety of tours in spanish or english. The restaurant is remarkable, very scenic and I highly recommend it. Once, we didn't have a reservation at the restaurant but they were kind enough to open it for us so we could enjoy some wine.
You have to reserve ahead of time.

Had lunch here while visiting Uco Valley. Fantastic space. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food was marvelous – fresh with interesting ingredients. The wine pours are very generous and delicious. The price is very fair. Reservations highly recommended.

Absolutely superb winery experience! This is the professionalism my wife and I have been accustomed to traveling around the world visiting various wineries. Nothing against the others, but Salentein is at the pinnacle of excellence in the Mendoza area. They’re organized and well informed and ready to greet any visitor with a smile. Reservations are required, so call in advance! You will not be disappointed touring the beautiful facility + grounds while receiving a history of both the vineyard and the surrounding area. Oh and the wines are delicious as well, savor every last drop!

Huge place, very modern, great restaurant, interesting story for the wine tour, the ends with tasting in a rock table underground, inside the adega. Food is also great and marinated with wine. We bought a couple Rose Reserve, very good.

A very futuristic vineyard with a traditional twist! Professional and bilingual tourguides. Don’t know if they do tours in english though. Amazing location with a beautiful scenery! And at last but not least, the wine! Amazing and very tasteful wine! Absolutely worth s visit!

Love this place! I could just move in here. The setting is gorgeous, rooms very comfortable, food is delicious, and the wines are spectacular. Everyone treated us so well. Would love to come back.

Absolutely beautiful Posada. Everything from the vast, impeccably manicured vineyards, to the inspiring architecture of the buildings is a joy to behold. In between the blue sky and the vineyards, the entire horizon is painted by the georgeous, snow covered peaks of the Andes. This is one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

Stunning posada between 6000m mountains and a beautiful horizon of vineyards. Top notch rooms and beautiful service. Not to mention an outstanding dinner with an Ojo de Bife to die for. Such a tranquil and genteel place.

The dream of a Dutch entrepreneur, Salentein was voted most beautiful winery in Latin America. Their wines come highly regarded. It also incorporates a little art museum, a sculpture garden and a gourmet restaurant named Killka. Visits every day apart from Monday in Spanish and English including tasting.

The best we've visited in the Mendoza area. The food was terrific, the space beautiful and relaxing, and the wine delicious. If you're visiting Mendoza be sure to see Valle de Uco and Salentein.

We were very well received by the sommelier en herbes at Bodega Salentein (I think her name is Rosita) She was very knowledgeable about their wines and wine in general. The art gallery on location was also worth a visit.
