Nice place. Big park near by. You can go and sit for a long time. Nice view. Picnic area. Visit with your friends / family. River near the monument. Go for a walk. Lot of restaurants nearby.

It looks a bit like a cemetery and the symbol reassembles a huge p**** but it's a very colossal and full of meaning monument no matter what.

Landmark in Rosario where every june 20th, the countrys presidente holds a ceremony in honour to the argentine national flag (light blue and white with a sun face in its middle). Espacious place with 24hs acces to walk or seat and enjoy the quietness and view of sorroundings.

It is the monument shows at the Argentina ten pesos money note.

Some parts of the entire monument were under construction. But I could still get to all the best parts: patriotic lamp of eternal flame, atop the obelisk & below to San Martin crypt.

Very nice place, a little entry fee to pay but amazing view of the river and city.

Great place to visit with family and friends

Fantastic place with stunning views. You only have to pay to go to the higher spot in the tower, the rest it's completely free.
It's a must do going in the morning and also at night time. The torch in the main building is always showing beautiful fire.

Awesome green park around, nice view from the top of the monument, it's not so crowded during the week, but you have to wait 15/20 minutes during the weekend
