The road from Luanda to the location is a scenic drive, with a well-maintained road that offers a pleasant journey. The sight itself is breathtaking and unique, providing a stunning view of nature's creation. Along the way to the location, there are also smaller similar formations that add to the charm of the trip. The entire area is a picturesque landscape with lush green vegetation and an exquisite ocean view. Although the bar and tourist information center were closed when we visited, it didn't detract from the overall beauty of the place.

Nice spot with fantastic view. Good place for relaxing. Pass by take a quick walk and enjoy the view alone or with family.

Lovely place and no cost to visit. Good for unique photography. Some rubbish around, but is not to much eye disturbing. Car parking available, but no guards around. You are just alone with your own minds. Worth it to visit!

The beautiful place. The view is stunning. The ocean and the mountains, red sand and erosion makes it a very scenic place you can see far in African savannah. Recommend to visit. Don’t expect to find any facilities. It’s more of a scenic overlook where you stop for few minutes to take pictures and enjoy the view. Can’t climb or hike as it’s all sand and sliding.

Breathtaking views of hills and Atlantic ocean. A must see place in Luanda, Angola. The landscape is amazing it's about 30 minutes drive from Luanda city. If you go to the river Kwanja from the Luanda city you will find it on your way.

Closest you will come to seeing Bryce Canyon in Angola. If you are wondering what is below the cliff on your drive south from Luanda, this is the answer. A bit of a long drive (1 hour plus) from Luanda, but worth it. I had no idea there was something like this is Angola.

Interesting rock terrain landscape exposed after undergoing erosion for thousands of years.

I notice there is resemblance of this rocks to those found in Luanda city (situated 80km away) as both location are geographically similar ie faces the same direction to the great South Atlantic Ocean and located near to the sea (1 to 2km away to the beach).

Wonder if these rocks can also be found on the other side of the world in Brazil? After all, both South America and Africa continent belongs to the same tectonic plate during the early history of the planet earth formation before they split off millions of years ago.

It’s an amazing place, great view but needs to be more explored in terms of services but the Carp Dien group is taking a good care of the place, super clean and perfect if you want peace in relax, go visit, up to now it’s still free but eventually they will start charging to get in soon

Beautiful place, and in my opinion a nice example for Angola tourism-wise. We'll indicated, price (500 in weekend) is given before entering, clean, safe.
