The views from Kari Lake are just breathtaking. Serves as a good base to hike the fours summits of Mount Aragats. Quite a good road from Buyrakan to the lake, but there is no bus service so best to arrange transport at accommodation.

The ride to lake Kari is just amazing. Beautiful scenery and the streets are very good too. On top of lake Kari is a small restaurant where you can treat your self with the famous dish ”khash”. With 3200m meters above sea level, the lake Kari at the bottom of Aragatz summit is definitely worth a visit.

June 2018 nice place. Just be careful about tiny road and you might reach there and restaurant don't serve food. Better to bring food with you.

Beautiful lake with crystal clear water backing up by mountains. You can’t get enough of the beauty

Also don’t forget to carry jacket when visiting this place as it’s little around the lake in summer as well as it’s located at the height of 3250m on Mount Aragat.

Horské jezero 3185m nad mořem na svazích hory Aragats. Cesta k němu dobrá (viz foto). Je tam restaurace i 🚾. Začátkem října foukal vítr, doporučuji se pořádně obléct.

Была там в июне. Само озеро вообще не впечатлило, но дорога к нему очень красивая. Со сменой пейзажа, ярких зелёных полей с овцами и плавный переход на снежный пик. Дорога хорошая, но местами узкая. На самом озере делать в принципе нечего. Даже летом холодно, захватите джеперы или жакеты.

بحيرة جبل أرغاتس ومشهوره بإسم بحيرة كاري ..المكان جميل وبارد والطريق إليه ممتع ..بالوقت الذي زرناه ٤ يوليو كان متبقي ثلج على قممه واطراف البحيره.
