Wonderful location, all in this apartments is made with love.
Cozy and beautiful garden on the territory.
Also would like to admit cuisine, we have tried few places in Borsh, but actually the most tasty food was in our Guest house.
Hosts are super friendly and kind, ready to help with different questions.
The nearest shop is in 5 min on foot.
It is only 5 min to the sea.

very nice accommodation! familiar, cordial, authentic. if you like nature, peace and authenticity, this is the place for you. beautiful large garden with lemon, apple and orange trees. the food is freshly prepared and consists mostly of locally grown food. really nice and highly recommended! 💛

Very nice place with welcoming hosts.
The only downside is if you stay in the cabins there is no sound isolation at all, you can hear everything the other 3 rooms are doing, especially the footsteps in the cabin above you if you are on the ground floor are very frustrating.
The restaurant was okay, it has more of a home food vibe which I liked.

We were here for more than 1 week and really enjoyed everything. Very nice place and delicouis food with very reasonable prices. Recommended specially family with kids, outdoor space really relaxing !

Luiza Guest House is a great place to stay in Borsh. Friendly staff made the stay very pleasant. You can order food from the house kitchen and enjoy the tasty cooking of Luiza and Tana. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Price is very good for what you get compared to other places.

It's a really amazing place if you have kids. Clean and nice cooking. Definitely recommend it! 5****

The guesthouse was amazing for the money we paid. Sea views and a very chill atmosphere. The owner was very nice to us too.

Hemos tenido una estancia genial. Para empezar, la ubicación era perfecta. La playa que hay a tan solo dos minutos andando es preciosa y no está abarrotada de gente como las demás, aunque también hay bares con ambiente y buena comida.
Todo el recinto estaba muy bien cuidado y tenía un ambiente familiar.
El chico que nos atendió fue super amable y atento en todo momento.
La comida del alojamiento en general estaba muy buena.
Para todo aquel que busque donde quedarse por esta zona, esta es la mejor opción!!

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi il mare in 5 minuti. Parcheggio interno molto comodo. Le casine in legno sono bellissime, ben pulite con tutti i confort (cucina, bagno, camera, lenzuola e asciugamani profumati, ingresso con tavolino, aria condizionata, balcone e un bel giardino in comune). Puoi pagare con Visa, in euro o leke. Super consigliato con bambini se volete farvi un pò di mare bellissimo. Ci sono spiagge libere o attrezzate a pagamento.

Fantastyczne miejsce, z pięknym ogrodem, widokiem na morze i przepyszną kuchnią. Pokoje bardzo ładne i czyste. Przemili gospodarze i bardzo pomocni. Hotel prowadzony przez rodzinę, która bardzo dba o swoich gości. Bardzo polecam to miejsce i chętnie wróciłabym tam ponownie.😀😀

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Inmitten von Hühnern und vier Monate alten Katzen das leckere, hausgemachte Frühstück oder das reichhaltige Abendessen der bezaubernden Köchin genießen. Bei Sonnenuntergang am kilometerlangen Strand schlendern und die Sonne genießen oder zu den einsamen Buchten Richtung Himarë fahren. All das und vieles mehr hat das Guest House Louiza zu bieten. Großer Pluspunkt ist der private Parkplatz im Garten und die Klimaanlage im Zimmer. In nächster Nähe ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und etliche Restaurants und Bars zu finden. Besonders empfehlenswert ist Ohana's Beach. Hierfür muss immer der Straße am Borsh Beach gefolgt werden. Man kann Ohana mit dem Auto erreichen. Wir parkten etwa 800 Meter vorher auf dem Standstreifen.

Leider ist das Zimmer selbst sehr dunkel und enorm hellhörig. Wir hatten in jeder der fünf Nächte mit Hundebellen, schreienden Kindern oder Ventilatorengeräuschen der Nebenzimmer zu kämpfen. Der Vorhang verdunkelt das Zimmer leider kaum, sodass nach Sonnenaufgang das Zimmer hell ist. Die Küche ist für kleine Personen gemacht. Für mich war es unmöglich dort zu kochen. Abhilfe schaffte die Pasta mit Tomaten der liebevollen und fröhlichen Köchin des Hauses. Die Gastgeberin tritt professionell auf. Manchmal sprach oder schimpfte sie mit ihren Mitarbeiterinnen in einem Ton, der es unangenehm machte dabei zu sein. Dies verdarb das sorgenfreie Ambiente der Unterkunft. Bei der Abrechnung der Mahlzeiten am Ende des Aufenthalts schlichen sich einige Fehler ein. Ich empfehle deshalb sofort zu zahlen oder selbst mitzuschreiben. Die Preise sind dennoch enorm fair.

Siamo andati da Guest Hause Luiza diverse volte per mangiare,tutte le volte i cibi erano perfetti ,come anche il personale ti senti proprio a casa tua é uno dei posti dove puoi assaggiare i migliori cibi tipici albanesi, stra consigliato ci ritorneremo di nuovo!

Luiza a jeji sestry delaji opravdu skvelou praci. Snazi se, abyste meli skutecnou dovolenou. Ubytovani je v drevenych apartmanech, ktere jsou uklizene a ciste. Jedine minus je docela velka hlucnost, coz je nevyhoda drevostavby.
Je to perfektni ubytovani pro rodiny s detmi.
Jist muzete v krasne zahrade u kulatych stolu. Jidlo si dejte vlastni nebo si muzete objednat jidlo u Luizy. Ma jidelni listek, ale uvari vse, co si budete prat. Ceny ma nizsi nez v restauraci a porce vetsi. Jidlo bylo vynikajici.
Luiza vam poradi a pomuze se vsim, co budete potrebovat.
Ubytovani je 150m od oblazkove plaze.
Jsem presvedcen, ze se jedna o nejlepsi ubytovani v Borsh.

Wspaniałe miejsce, gościnni gospodarze, przepyszne jedzenie a cudowna plaża 2 min spacerem!
