Ksamil Caravan Camping

Small pitches and a little far from the beach. But o boy how good it is if you look at it relative to other camps in the area an in Albania. The atmosphere, the hospitality and cleanliness is on another level. Alexander and Linda really make the place worth a visit. Highly recommend!

Have been there with a rooftop tent, only for two nights for 2400 Lec for each night.
Great friendly hosts. The sanitary facilities are over the top clean as the hosts clean it and everything else nearly all the time.
There are tables to eat your meals and have a chat with the other guests if you like.

A paradise campsite, run by a wonderful family . Linda (the host), welcomed us with coffee (me iced-coffee), biscuits and other beverages after a super long journey, and always with a wonderful happy smile. The atmosphere and cleanliness is super fantastic, has everything one needs and, making the place well worth a visit. They are very pet friendly too, which was wonderful for us. WiFi is excellent. We highly recommend anyone coming to this campsite.

Really nice camping owned by the nicest family. So friendly, caring and helpful! Showers, toilets are really clean and spacious. Wifi is good. Suitable for tents and for campers. The camping is quite known so therefore its pretty busy. We got free coffee and biscuits during the whole stay. Good equipped kitchen. We would come again!!

Lovely oasis. Friendly owners, who immediately make you feel welcome!Small campsite decorated with lots of love, always clean and nicely smelling showers and toilets.
The camp is not directly at the sea, but around 3 min walk away.
In the afternoon it is getting busy, as many camper arrive for a one night stay. One part of the camp has all day sun, the sites around the house are nicely in the shadow. There is a rooftop tendsite on the house.
Other amenities:
Free coffee and tea, free purified water to drink, cooking facilities.

Linda and her daughter both speak very good English, greet you with a smile and a wonderful Frape. Washing facilities (extra charge), electricity-water-lavatories-showers all plenty and included in the price. Absolutely great experience, all very clean, cute and home-like.

Beautiful and friendly place! There is space for campers in the garden and a place for tents on the roof. The view from that roof is amazing; you can see the sea and mountains from that point.

The staff is so kind; they are always around and take care of everything.

There are two types of showers and toilets - two are made from wood and two are regular, but all of them are outside and their roofs are open (covered with reeds). Everything is absolutely clean; they clean it every two minutes. 🙂 There are sinks specifically for personal hygiene, for dishes, and for washing clothes. You can use the kitchen for free and washing machine, what costs about 5 euros.

The campsite is pet-friendly. 🤟

It is not cheap - 12 euros per person (we have a tend and no car) but it offers value for money.

It is near the beaches, but because all beaches in Ksamil are privatized (you have to pay deck chair on the beach), we found a place near the camp where you can stay for free. The sea is beautiful and clean, but the area around it isn't very clean.

To summarize, I highly recommend this camp!

Absolutely wonderful camping. Fully equipped for all necessities. You camp on the tent which is something special and are welcomed by two amazing hosts who will make your stay even more special. Faleminderit shum!

This place is kind of magic! It’s like a small island of peace and calmness In between the touristic place of Ksamil!
The family who runs this place is just super nice and very welcoming! Stay here if you plan to visit Ksamil or Butrint with a camper or a tent !

The best camping in Albania so far. Toilets and showers were always super clean. After arrival we got ice-coffee and bottle of cold water. You can also use washing machines, cooking equipment and even tools. Owner of the camp is really nice person... If you are in the city, at least one night stay is must!!!! P.S. it is 15min to Butrint by car.

Great camping to explore ksamil. The owners are very kind. There is a local dog on the camping grounds which is the sweetestl! All facilities are super clean and well maintained. Would definitely come back

A really nice camping place, very well equipped and the owner is great! Cosy and comfortable! Location is awesome - everything in 5-10 mins walking range.
Although Ksamil itself as a city and its paid-only beaches was a disappointment. It is also possible to walk to Butrint (1-1,5 hrs), but from the city end till the parking slot you'd have to walk on the road.

We didn't expected much before we came, but this camp is more than great. Reasonable prices (12€ per person) includes everything you need in one camp. I must say that sanitary conditions are better than in most exclusive hotels.

Hosts are great, always ready to help and to learn some new words in your language. 🫶🏻

I'm pretty sure that this is the best camp in Albania.

A small but very put together camping. The showers and bathrooms very clean. It has a lot of places to sit and have lunch. I used the rooftop camping to put my tent and it was okey, had a lot of shade even in the biggest heat. The hosts were very welcoming.

Linda is the best host ever! Everything you need she will make possible for you! Ksamil Island is a must see in Albania!

We loved this place! The family is wonderful and it checks all the boxes. Great spot in a beautiful beach town.

we were very satisfied with the camping. they offer camping on a covered roof, where there is a pleasant breeze, and there is a soft carpet on the floor, so we did not need tents. they have a shared kitchen, fridge. the owner cleans the toilet and shower all the time, toilet paper, equipment for washing clothes and dishes is always available. the owners are very friendly, we received coffee, water and cookies as a welcome. the beach, market, buffet are 5 minutes' walk away.

We spent there 2 weeks in the appartment in the building. Appartment was clean, with enough space, beds have very comfortable mattresses. The atmosphere at the camping is very friendly, the owners are very nice, wonderful family, they take care about all guests with full heart and passion. I absolutely recommend this place for campers or in one of the appartments in the building.

Super friendly owners and always clean facilities make this otherwise very popular little oasis a nice camp spot in Ksamil. Alexander and Linda really love what they're doing and you can tell that from the first smile you exchange. 25eur for a camper with two people, electricity and wifi. All services available. Top!
