Staff very friendly and helpful. Most people don't speak English. Rooms are very clean and sheets and towels changed regularly.
Food great, large variety.

We stayed for 5 nights we had a great time, food was good staff really friendly, rooms are really nice and clean. I definitely recommend. I will be back again

Driving to the hotel isn’t easy and parking during the summer season is chaotic! Service is best of the best! Food is buffet style but they have very testy with origin of south Balkan, with Turkish twist!

We had an amazing week at this hotel. Very nice amenities, service, and food. The conference space was decent, though smelled a little musty.

Good hotel with nice rooms. The food was ok. The lobby was nice. The spa center was to small and not easy accessible, you have to walk through the lobby. The indoor pool was too big but the water a bit cold.

Excellent price for an excellent 5 star hotel, situated on an amazing beach with spectacular views. Extremely good service and accommodation, they even helped us with staying a second night on the fly when we liked our first night so much. Would definitely stay again, lovely place in every way!

We stayed over night one weekend early February. The hotel is nice both inside and outside, the service was great from start to the end. Despite being winter in Durres, the hotel was full of people. The indoor pool was very warm both the air and the water. Jacuzzi was large and accommodating with saunas next by. Room was adapted for our two kids (an extra bed with e baby crib. Obviously, rooms with the view on the sea are the best for sunsets. Food if served buffet style. There was plenty and a variety for both dinner and breakfast we were there. The quality of the cooking could be improved, some dishes tasted not very good but there were plenty of options to choose.
Overall, it was an excellent time and I suggest for both couples and families. Best, like us, go two families together. We will certainly go back!

We had the BEST stay at this beautiful hotel. From the delicious food, beautiful beach and great live music, to one of the best massages I’ve ever had at the Premium Hotel spa, it was the perfect mix of entertainment and relaxation that we were looking for! 5 stars for sure!

Reservation was easy enough from their website. The room was clean as a hotel room can get, magnificent panorama as seen on the picture, great toilet, great room, great bed. The restaurant was a bit low on height, by that i mean literally the ceiling was low and it didn't make me feel so good but it covered that bad side with their delicious food every meal and every different thing i tried it was just sooooo goood. (Especially Turkish Haydari).
I would definitely consider visiting this hotel on my next vacations.

It was a few weeks ago now, but still had in mind to write a review as we had such a good experience.We did not stay at hotel but had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. The service was great - our waitress's name was Nevila. She was attentive and professional and is worth her weight in gold.

Nicest hotel i have ever been at. Great staff, great service, amazing sea view, premium has a great spa facility too. From reception to room from kitchen to beach and spa everything was wonderful. Nice honeymoon experience!

I just love this place. A superb hotel where everything is thought to detail. I will definitely go back and reccomend anyone to go there. It is a perfect place for a weekend get away specially during the off peak season where it is very peaceful and cheap.

We were part of a large group of mostly American visitors to a wedding and used the Premium Hotel Beach as our base. The location and beach are wonderful and the sea views were stunning. The hotel is rather loud as it is along a major ocean boardwalk and hosts many events with music into the mid- to late-evening. The all inclusive food and beverages were a nice surprise with lots of options (some better than others) but after a few days left us eager to explore other nearby food options. Overall a great stay and recommended for folks looking for a middle-high end resort experience in Albania.

Perfect location for conference and leisure, extremely friendly and hard-working service team, the sea view and the sunsets are amazing. The playlist in the beach bar should be polished though.
