Bujtina Tradicionale

I was with my family in Albania this year and we came about this absolutely sublime place, after a long hike it was the perfect place to rest. The food was fresh and immaculate, their was lot of drinks to chose from. The owners were very nice and welcoming. The wooden houses were very nice and cozy. I am sure that i will come back again next year and i highly recommend it because your stress is relieved by the splendid air quality.

Words cannot describe how much I enjoyed my short visit at this guesthouse. “Traditional” perfectly describes this place. You will be sharing this family’s home and heart so please be respectful. They are kind and warm and prepare everything from their hands. They work very hard and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I absolutely loved every moment. I am already planning a longer future visit.

Located in the upper area of the village. You can reach it driving through yards or cutt shortly and walk 5 min
Great hosting locals with traditional food served from local products. There are rooms and cabins to sleep. You need to book well in advance. The view is stunding of all the valley and sorrounding montains

We put our tent in the family’s grassland and had a fantastic view of the mountains. For a night we paid 8€. The dinner was 12€ for two people and was ok - what you would expect at an Albanian farm in the mountains. The family was overall kind and helpful, although only one of them speaks English. They organized horseback riding for us. If we returned to the village for camping, we’d stay there again. The road is unpaved, but it was doable with our regular car (it was dry when we were there).
