Kruje Camping

Beautiful camping spot with a stunning view onto Albanian's landscape, sunset included. Recommended for everyone enjoying a quite but gorgeous camping site. Very uncomplicated hosts and cozy atmosphere. Nice sanitary facilities.

Amazing place, amazing people and grat climate. We've doing bicyckle travel and luckily we found this place on our way from Tirana. We tasted great local food, enjoyed host's hospitality and had deep converstation with Owner's friend. Highly reccomend!

Staying at Krujë Camping is more than just sleeping at a place in your camper or tent. It is a unique and special experience. The artist and owner of the campsite, Tim, makes all guests feel at home in his Olive Garden and takes care that everyone is happy. There are plenty of options to have a chat with others or to relax on one of the benches in the shadow of the trees. The bathroom is simple and clean. Tim‘s wife cooks traditional Albanian dishes every night for a very fair price - you can choose what you want to pay. And the price for the accommodation itself is probably the cheapest in Krujë. Staying at Krujë Camping means becoming part of Tims family and to have a holiday in the beautiful mountains of Albania which you will never forget.

Probably one of the best camping place experiences we had in Albania. Great host, nice and cosy camping with a great view on the sunset. The city and the Kruja castle are in the walking distance (15-25 mins), bakery and supermarket - around 10 mins. The food cooked by the owners family was delicious and with a great concept! Tastier than in many restaurants in Albania. Unfortunately Kruja itself was a bit disappointing - not much to offer.

incredible place! Campsite with all the services, but the best is the owners, very friendly and welcoming in addition to the person who works there, very helpful and friendly! It is possible to dinner there and we can only say that it was our best gastronomic experience in Albania, incredible food! Faleminderit ☺

Really nice Place! Perfect both for campervan and tent! Nice owners! Quiet and chill with the chance of having a local dinner cooked by the owners! Food was super nice and they were kind and really helpful! 10/ 15 Min walk from the Castle and the old bazaar. I definetly suggest for a nice evening after visiting the town!

The owners are absolutely polite and charming. The place offered everything we needed, clean, beautiful location to discover the city of Kruja or the surrounding mountains and forrests. We came back from some adventuring through the wilderness and found a place to calm ourself and just relax. Worth every penny 👌Thank you!

Small campground but very affordable. It has clean facilities and Shpetim is a very nice host who helps where he can. It's great that he charges separately for person's and cars. In this way I could park the car safely while I was away for a couple of days. Next season Shpetim is planning to open a restaurant on the campground. Looking forward to that.

Nice and large camp ground. Toilets and showers are very modern (probably built recently), though the water pressure was not that great.

Price for a single person tent was €6 and it was cheaper than the other camp in the area. Good for caravans as well.

The owner is very friendly. There is a guard during the night. I was pleased with my stay and recommend it to anyone passing by.

One of the best camp sites that I've been to. The owner is so welcoming and helpful, it's crazy. He gave me a lot of tips of what to do and showed me the way around the city. The showers were great and they were even building new one which should be finished soon, same with the toilets. The space is not huge but more than enough for me. I even met some really nice french guys.
The cat is one of the best features, it is always ready to be cuddled and really sweet.
Also the view around the mountain range is awesome, especially around sunset.

A wonderful stay! The owner was so nice to us, we enjoyed talking with, whenever we were at the camp. We also talked a lot with another worker there, who was also so nice and very helpful, when we had a bit of a situation with a minor car crash, and had to talk to some local insurance. All the facilities were nice and clean, there really isn’t anything bad to say about the place or the people. I will definitely be back some day.

I really had a good time staying here in the off season. The View from up here is amazing. The Owner is a really warmhearted and welcoming (and english speaking) person. After a talk about my profession, I offered him to paint something on the venue. He suggested to paint on the Bunker. Had a great time doing that, and will surely come back one day when temperatures are a bit higher.

It's a really good place to stay more than one night with the van or the tent. The owner is really friendly and will make your stay a real albanian experience :)

The city is in walking distance, and very beautiful!

Usually prefer wildcamping but this place is really cormftable, well maintained and Pashteem the owner is lovely. Th facilities are clean, and the camp ground is cormftable and level.
Lots of space under the terraces to relax in the shade if the Fig tree with sunset view to the sea

Really nice camping just outside the lovely city Kruje! The owners are very welcoming and friendly! One speaks fairly ok English and the other one fairly ok German. There are nice and shady tables available for eating and cooking! The owners can order pizza! And the pizza is very much recommend! (Only 300Lek for a really tasty pizza!) Toilet and shower are okay and clean for Albanian standards! The walk to Kruje castle is only 30 min or 4€ with a cab!

It was an utter pleasure to stay in Kruje camping, very clean and calm place. The host L’ulla made feel us comfortable and welcomed, he gave us figs from the garden and invited us for a coffee☺ Faleminderit 🙏🏽

Very nice place! Heartwarming Welcome from one of the most friendly man we met on our 6month trip to Europe! The View ist fantastic, we were there with 2 small Childs and they could run around and had a good time. Will come again

Quiet and very pleasant campsite, with an attentive and friendly owner. Sunset and very relaxing night, you are in the town, but at the same time in nature. Very important for me the fast attention by mail.
