I come here every year and it is worth it every single time! The view is amazing, the rooms super clean and the hosts are the kindest. Not to mention the tasty meals cooked with home-grown products only! Homemade bread, various homemade jams, fresh figs from the tree… everything tastes better in the fresh air of Tamara surrounded by the mountains :)

Exceeded our expectations - warm and very caring hosts, clean room and bathroom, great location with breathtaking views overlooking the town while within easy walking distance to the centre/ restaurants and scenic trails; definitely excellent value!

What Arjan and his infinitely kind parents offer their guests as hosts is something that very few people in the world can match. Perfect accommodation, fluid communication, unsurpassed food: it's just one thing. But the kindness that goes with it is something that cannot be learned. My family and I have stayed in many good and excellent accommodations, but rarely can we say we felt at home. We were at home with Arjan's family and we will never forget the experience. We will not forget and we will relive the experience. The beautiful setting of the Kelmend Valley, the feeling of being at home in this landscape, but only with Arjan and his family. Thank you so much for this and we wholeheartedly recommend it!

The generosity of the owners would deserve a sixth star, is there were one! We had the best food here during our time in Albania and enjoyed our stay very much.
