The lady in the shop was super helpful when we came in and gave us some options which were all really reasonably priced. Our guide Elvis (aka Visi (sp?)) was a really friendly and funny guy and answered all our random questions about life in Albania as well as providing good knowledge about the sites we visited. All in all it was a great day out :).

History buff hubby and I booked a custom tour. Our guide was amazing. She stuck through us making long videos, hiking, long drives and rain. She was so interested in history and really helped with information for his history videos. We went to gjorkastra, Antigonea and the thermal baths all in one day. With my husband's love for history this probably needed two days. However our guide was always enthusiastic and a real trooper. The driver drove flawlessly though heavy rain and dark. Not to mention lunch/dinner at a local spot was fantastic. I'd highly recommend the guides are fun and professional. This is the second time we've used this company. First was a transfer from tirana to sarande also great experience. Thank you so so much for your long hours and patience.

Great communication and clear information on the website about the offered tours. The night before our tour, we received a confirmation text for the next day. Which was reassuring since we experienced the lack of communication elsewhere most often. On the departure time however, we were informed that our guide was unable to make it. We were asked to switch our afternoon plans to the morning. However, we were not able to make that work. So one of the owners of Joel travel and tours took it upon herself to guide and drive us to our destination. Which was such a great fix! I would definitely recommend this place for all Saranda related tours.

We had a wonderful tour with Kaisy as our guide she has been spectacular. She spoke perfect English and as a architecture student she gave us great insights while visiting Butrint. It’s a family owned business and they put a lot of care in all they do. We had an amazing day, thank you!
