Great stay! Lovely owners and staff that want to make sure you're taken care of.

Our apartment was clean, well maintained, spacious, and had everything including a great kitchen.

Quiet location in easy walking distance to everything: supermarket, bakery, restaurants...

The calmer beaches with less people and without loud music were about 15-20 minutes easy stroll through the village by foot.

We had a great stay at Villa August. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, the room very spacious and clean. The accommodation is also very central. After we checked-out, we asked if we could park our car a bit longer in front of the hotel, as we wanted to go into town for a few hours. This was no problem, they even told us we could park it for the whole day. Overall, a great experience, I would definitely recommend Villa August for your stay in Ksamil.

A really nice apartment in a very central location. Near to beaches, restaurants and pubs. What made the stay special was the elderly couple running the apartments who made sure we always had a smile, were looked after and had a great time. Highly recommend this place!!

Such a great place to stay at in Ksamil! We booked the apartment which is very new, modern, and comfortable. But the best thing about this stay was the couple running it. This grandpa and his wife were so welcoming and generous, we felt at home right away. Highly recommend to stay here!!

Nice place to stay a short walk from the beach, run by a really nice older couple and their family. Extremely welcoming and friendly, highly recommend! Just be careful not to step on the torturas!

Very nice place! Quiet and cozy, on the main street and close to the beaches. Very warm and welcoming owners, they do everything they can to please you as a guest. It has really nice patio in front of the villa, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Apartmens are very clean,and couse.Every day comes women and cleans.It's near bay the beaches,markets and childrens playground.The host are very kind with smile.We enjoyed during our stay in August apartment. 🥰🥰🥰

Hemos venido mi mujer y yo a pasar 3 días en Ksamil no hemos podido elegir mejor hotel.

El dueño un señor muy agradable al detalle de todo lo que necesites. Instalaciones super limpias y ordenadas. Cerca del centro y mejores playas.

Das Haus und die Wohnungen sind sehr gepflegt und alles blitzsauber und gemütlich. Sadik und seine Frau sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und kümmern sich rührend. Jeden Tag bekamen wir Getränke angeboten und Zimmerreinigung und frische Handtücher. Der Garten ist sehr schön mit vielen Schildkröten. Super für Kinder. Lage sehr zentral man ist fussläufig schnell an diversen Stränden, Supermarkt und Restaurants alles in der Nähe. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen.

Страшно мило и любезно отношение от страната на домакините, поздравяват и чакат да излезем когато искаме за да ни се изчисти стаята всеки ден, ведро посрещане и изпращане, тъй като не пиехме кафе, ни дадоха вода за изпът като си тръгвахме от вилата. Нямам думи с които да опиша самото място, много добра локация, хубави и спретнати стай, много добро съотношение цена-качество за локацията на вилата! Благодарим Ви за най-доброто преживяване във Ксамил!
