Eraldo is an incredible nice host! The room was very clean and consisted of a bed, a wardrobe and a small fridge. There was also air conditioning. The bathroom was equipped with towels. Eraldo was available every time we needed him and gave us very good tips for local restaurants and beaches. I highly recommend this accommodation and definitely choose it again!

This is the perfect accommodation if you want to stay close to Ksamil center but not have the crazyness of the city center at your doorstep. The rooms are beautifully decorated and they are super comfortable!

The host is very friendly and relaxed and offered us great recommendations on what to check out and where to eat. Highly recommended!

They also offer coffee and breakfast for non-guests. The iced latte was simply amazing and they made great cappuccino too!

Los cafés tipo italiano (pequeños y muy concentrados) de esta cafetería son los mejores que he probado en albania. Tiene un ambiente muy tranquilo, con música agradable y un jardín con sombras frescas para tomar el café o el desayuno. Solo fuimos a la cafetería, no pasamos la noche. El camarero fue muy agradable.

Meraviglioso soggiorno in questa struttura molto confortevole,caratterizzata da pulizia e gentilezza da parte dei proprietari!!
Le camere sono molto luminose e curate nei minimi dettagli.
Molto innovativo anche il bar dove potrete gustarvi un’ottima colazione!!
Inoltre la struttura si trova vicinissima al centro di Ksamill e alle sue spiagge.

Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo hotel.

Ho soggiornato 7 notti in questa struttura ed e’ stato veramente magnifico,una location moderna,pulita e ben organizzata ideale sia per le famiglie che per i giovani.
Apprezzatissimo il bar,dove ho gustato un ottimo caffè italiano e dei croissant sempre freschi…
Il titolare si è mostrato super disponibile nel indicarci ristoranti e spiagge…
Un’esperienza che rivivrò a breve !!

Location molto carina, la struttura è nuova ed arredata con stile moderno. L'ambiente è pulito e luminoso. A pochi passi dal mare e a prezzo modico. La struttura all'esterno ha un giardino curato con fontana che consente di rilassarsi la sera se se ne ha voglia. Sul retro vi è la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto anche all'interno. I gestori sono molto cortesi e ospitali. Parlano inglese e sono molto d'aiuto nel fornire indicazioni su tutte le attrattive dei dintorni. Vi ho soggiornato nell'estate 2018 e se mi capiterà di tornare a Ksamil sicuramente lo sceglierò nuovamente questa struttura. La consiglio.

Le camere pulitissime e nuove, il padrone di casa Eraldo gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per consigliarti i posti da visitare o come puoi organizzarti la giornata! A 3 minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro di Ksamil! Sarà sempre la nostra scelta se ripasseremo da qui! Consigliatissimo!!!!

Nuova struttura, pulizia al top,proprietario gentile e disponibile di aiuto per luoghi e ristorazioni a 2 minuti di auto per raggiungere bar locali e mare. Ci tornerei molto volentieri. Ottima vacanza.
