Perfect rooms - modern beds and other accessories. Bathroom good, but could have shower curtain, because of hairdryer. Balcony was super big. Location good, but you can see small bit of sea, because buildings in a way. More sad is that one more construction is right away, so next year it will be sad view. Staff was absolutely perfect, nice and professional. They clean room after four days. Good parking lot, but they may mark them, so everyone know which is where. Very close to the see and good beachis, you don't need to go with car. I enjoyed it.

Amazing place for a fair price.
The best beaches are only 5-10 min by foot. There are various markets, bakeries, restaurants, bars and pharmacies nearby. The location is top, very easy to get by on foot.
The room was very clean and had everything we needed.
Definitely would recommend for a trip in Ksamil.

Booked for one night, ended up staying six. The place is in a very convenient location (far enough from the center and all the crowd and noise that comes with it, yet at most 10 mins walking distance from most beaches and restaurants), rooms are clean and spacious, designed and furnished in a simple yet functional way, the owners are always around and responsive to the guests' needs or questions. Thanks for such a pleasant stay!

Room clean and very beautiful.The Beach from house is 10 minutes by walking. But the best part is the staff! Extremely kind and helpful! They are a lovely family. I will stay again if I come back.

Отличное место, красивые виды и прекрасные люди, добрые отзывчивые хозяева. Вокруг есть вся инфраструктура, мы находили поблизости все, в чем была необходимость. Продлили срок пребывания, потому что очень нравится♥🏵

Preporucujem ovaj smeštaj iz više razloga: nije daleko od plaže, a opet je u mirnom kraju, gazdarica Adriana je neverovatno čista i zna engleski, imali smo apartman za 4 osobe nas troje i parking za auto je tačno ispred apartmana, apartman ima predivnu terasu ograđenu kamenim zidićem, sakrivena je prelepim vrtom. Sigurno će svako uživat! PS ne očekujte neko veliko kuvanje, kuhinja je modera ali veoma skromna.

It's good for one night.

Bastante bem localizado, a 5/10 minutos a pé da zona das praias. Funcionários atenciosos e quarto bastante limpo. O único problema é a luz do quarto (que no nosso quarto entrava imensa luz de noite por a porta da varanda ser de vidro impossibilitando de descansar) e o isolamento sonoro.
