Everything was perfect. We were with two kids,and the owners are very polite and help us with everything. Highly recommend this place. It's in the quietly neighborhood and beach are 5 minutes by walking.

Toni was an incredible host, he went above and beyond for us. He helped us through difficult situations. He was always responsive and happy to help ! His nieces gave us juices when we arrived and flowers from their garden when we left. His recommendations were always good (restaurants, activities..).
The house was nice and clean with A/C. The location is good ! Thanks for the stay. We had an amazing time in Ksamil thanks to them !

AMAZING experience, 10/10! The apartments are new, well maintained and the owners are friendly and speak good English. The location is perfect, it's in a quiet neighborhood but just 10min walk from busy Ksamil csnter full of restaurants and night life entertainment. There are also a few restaurants around and a shop nearby. A beautiful small beach is only 3min walk, clear water, nice service. You can also park your car easily in front of apartments. The rooms are spacious and everything works well and is comfortable. There is also a little terrace where you can sit (and barbecue). If you need to take a bus to Seranda, the bus stop is also just 5min walk. Everything was perfect, 100% recommended!!!

This was one of the best experiences of my life!
I was traveling alone and the apartment owner's welcome and tips helped me a lot. The apartment is 2 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the supermarket and 10 minutes from the center. At the same time that it has accessibility to tourist places, it is far enough away for you to relax on your vacation. The family that runs the accommodation has always been very helpful and friendly, which makes all the difference. You don't feel like just a guest, but part of that place. Thanks a lot!

Very nice apartments, owner takes great care of property, family is super nice and very friendly. Place is super clean, beach is nearby, location is excellent, quiet and lots of good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Very cosy room, with a balcony with great views to the sea. Also the garden was very enjoyable at night. The service was welcoming and helpful. Just a few minutes walking to the beach and some places for lunch / dinner.

Great place to stay. Parking, position close to the seaside, kind people and everything you need inside the apartment. Price is nice too.

Friendly owners, new clean rooms, close to the beach, shops and cafes. A 10-minute slow walk to the centre of Ksamil and central beaches. Good value for money. I recommend these appartments.

Best place to stay at in Ksamil and around! The owners are sweet and helpful and we had the best time. The beach is just a few meters away and there are many close restaurant. The place has a beautiful garden & is very calm and cozy. Big recommendation!

It's the most peaceful place I have ever been! Everything it was perfectly good! The owner was so friendly and served us fresh juice,coffe and fresh vegetables from their garden,which was a piece of paradise it must be said! Definitely I recommend this place!
