Oliva Tradicion (Ullishtja)

The place is very beautiful. A historical and authentic place. The food is very delicious. If you ever come to Albania, you should definitely stop by.

We had a salad, veal meatballs and the bread with cheese. I can honestly say it was the most amazing food we ever tried! The owner is super and nice and friendly and the place is also very beautiful! Highly recommended, just a quick detour from the highway connecting south and central Albania. You won’t regret it!!

Absolutely best experience in mainland. If you travel from Tirana to Vlore you have to make a stop 🛑,!
Everything (except Chinese rise and bottled water,) is home made. Home made with love. Try chicken casserole and home made bread with home made cheese are delicious.
Wine from the house (Merlot) is very recommended 👍😍

Everything was quiet nice. Food was tasteful. We order cheese (their own)fries,village salad,bread (traditional kulaç) ,calf meetballs(qofte me mish viçi) and calf beef. You can smell the freshness of vegetables in the salad and the olive oil also was excellent. Also when we finished he brought us watermelon which was delicious. The owner was extremely friendly and also didn’t want us to pay for the drinks. You can easily park at the front. Definitely should give it a try if you want to try traditional and bio food.

It’s a wonderful place! Family business with delicious food!!! Really big portions! We recommend to try: Lamb, chicken,kebab and beaf steak. All of these dishes are amazing!!! The owner is really hospitable!! Thanks a lot!!!!

We liked the ambience and the friendliness of the waiter. He recommended us his kebab and his chicken casserole which we then ordered. In addition we had the cheese, salad, yoghurt cream and fries. Everything tasted great and we were really satisfied.

Best dinner we had so far in Albania.

Chicken breast and mixed salad with rice were very delicious, also got a water melon with greetings from the kitchen.

We had a very nice welcome by the (english speaking) owner and a delicious dinner. We highly recommend the chicken-noodle- casserole. The owner even makes his own bread, which is also a speciality. The inside is nicely decorated.

This place and the owner deserve more than 5 stars. Very nice and spacious terrace and interior. You can see that a lot of effort and love has been put into creating something like this. Paeking in front, garden with flowers... Food was delicious, big portion, and very correct prices. They offer home made, bread, chease, meat...All the praises for the restaurant and for the owner personaly, who is very friendly. I recommend it to everyone.

We came here for the frog legs, and boy were they delicious 😋. What makes this place special is that they make their own pasta, their own fresh cheese and bread (kulaç). Simple, honest food and a beautiful garden. Lovely

Beautiful, comfortable, authentic interior, and delicious food! We especially liked handmade noodles with homegrown little chicken and super delicious corn bread with homemade cheese.

Owner was just the nicest guy. We arrived in the later afternoon and were the only ones, nevertheless he made fresh bread a nice meal and a salad just for us. Very very cute guy and the food was really nice. Falimenderit. :)

One of the best places for food in Albania so far, especially the bread is delicious. Portions are much bigger than expected but so good... We ate all up and fell into a food coma right afterwards. Everything is very fresh and homemade - we had a great time, thank you!

We were driving through Albania and in desperate need of food, so we looked up some places and made the right call: Oliva Tradicion is a wonderful restaurant managed by a wonderfully welcoming man.
We had the traditional chicken casserole - sadly I can't recall the actual name- and it was filling and delicious. The sides matched the main course, as both the cabbage salad and the grilled vegetables were flavourful.
Unprompted, the owner delighted us with a s p e c t a c u l a r fig dessert that follows me in my dreams.
In short, a necessary stop if you are ever around Fier!

Food was delicious, very good. Big portions, not expensive, and the owner was super nice and friendly :) we had homemade bread, and chicken casserole(with homemade pasta- we have no words to describe how awesome it was) and a salad , totally recommend!!
