Hotel Utopia

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and they offer a variety of options (salty and sweet) and the staff of the hotel is very helpful and at your disposal for whatever you need. It was a perfect experience and I will definitely visit it again in the future. I recommend it unreservedly.

This hotel is wonderful,very clean comfortable ,and well equiped. The building is new in a very favorable position. The staff very friendly,respectful and ready to help you. The breakfast is good,it can be a little more abboundant. The view is beautiful and the beach very clean. I highly recomend it

Totally recommended! Very clean, very nice staff, delicious breakfast. The view and services are adorable, and they have a private beach with a shuttle!

We stayed here during the off-season, which meant we were the only guests for some of the days and operations had to adjust to accompany these special circumstances.

Our room had perfect view of the sea, was very modern, spacious and clean. The balcony was huge and came with 2 chairs and a table to enjoy the sunset.

The room itself had a comfy bed, a desk, a wardrobe and most importantly a fridge, air-conditioning, plenty of light and power plugs. Oh yeah: it had Netflix too (BYOA).

The bathroom was small, same as all the others we encountered in Albania, but neatly arranged, clean and modern.

Being the only guests, breakfast was arranged on request and varied day by day, with options for cereal, bread, cheese, cold cuts, Marmelade, honey, veggies, fruits and sweet treats like croissants and crepes. We also had our daily choice of eggs made to order, juices, teas and coffee. There was always plenty to eat ans it all was fresh and delicious.

The breakfast area also covers as a bar during the day, therefore you can get drinks and snacks without the hustle of having to find a minimarket.

If you wanted to, a couple are located around 200m away, as is the closest beach. The hotels private beach was still closed due to the early timing, but the hotel had arranged for a cost free alternative, which was very nice too. But we preferred switching beaches on a daily basis anyway.

If you want to arrange other activities, the staff is very helpful and can generally be said to be the most helpful, friendly and sincere staff I encountered for quite a while. This made the stay even more enjoyable.

We can highly recommend staying a Hotel Utopia for any period of time and would do so again ourselves, should we be around these parts again.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in recently and most definitely the best hotel in Ksamil. Everything is brand new and the staff is really helpful and friendly. They clean the rooms every day and the breakfast is pretty decent.
The wi-fi signal is good and their air conditioning is amazing.

We enjoyed our stay immensely at Hotel Utopia and look forward to staying again. The room was spotless, the location is perfect and the staff was excellent!
