You might want to dress light and hold a jacket because some of the buses have poor air conditioning while other have good ones (you never know)

There's been some new addition to the buses they run with. They have monitors on every seat with headphone plugs and USB. It was a cool experience. I'll leave some photos. Pretty impressive

The buses service can be booked online through their website or mobile app. The buses are air-conditioned and the speed limit for the drivers is about 100km/h ensuring that the drivers do not over speed unnecessarily. There's TV in some of the buses to entertain the passengers as they enjoy their trip to their destination. My girlfriend used the transport from Port Harcourt to lagos and the service was good. They work with time and the customer service representative response as soon as you need them. I'll give them 85% over 💯.

Service was fantastic. I booked a later bus and was gracefully moved to the first bus without any extra charges. The customer service lady was very courteous. She called to confirm my arrival and did the upgrade quickly. The bus Captain to Lagos was not too nice though. But overall I would definitely come again.

This is my favourite transportation company for moving around Nigeria. I also use them for waybill as they have proved to be efficient and reliable. Good customer service representatives but the security guards are not friendly. One of them was rude to me the last time I had to report to the manager. Don't underestimate the power of customer service.

Our tickets has 5:30am checking in and 6am for leaving but we left almost 6:30am

Yet another amazing experience.
Started off with the bus leaving the park with just 5 passengers just because it's the policy of GIGM to leave at the exact stated time. Others would have waited for the bus to be filled to capacity ggrrr the wait can be so annoying. Driver was very friendly,smart and cautious.
In all it was a beautiful trip.

Great place to book your trip to any part of Nigeria by road. Their buses are fully air-conditioned and comfortable. They also operate logistic services for packages all over Nigeria. The ambience is great and provision is made for disabled travellers too. The only draw back is they have a small parking space for visitors.

Nice set up and customer service

It's a wonderful transport company to travel with. I traveled with them from Lagos to Abuja. The Jet bus is condusive and well furnished, fitted with a mini media player on every seat that makes the journey a great experience. The driver was cauteous and maintain speed limit along the journey. It was a great experience if you cannot afford flight
