This place could do so much better. It’s convenient for me because it’s in my estate, so I would rather go here than other places if they actually provided a good service. They do my hair ok- sometimes they give me someone who doesn’t know what they are doing and I have to request someone who does. But most unfortunate of all, whenever I do my nails here it only lasts for one day, or just looks lumpy and terrible. They don’t have a good selection of colors for gel either. They could do so much better, but I’ve just stopped going. Too many mishaps.

Went there for a simple wash and deep conditioning. First they gave me the wrong price and later came back to tell me the price was higher than that which I’d been told. Second, they have no idea how to de tangle and deep condition natural hair.

I’m extremely displeased and will definitely not be coming back here.
