As of 11th May 2022, when I went to do some changes to account, I noticed that the bank entrance was not protected with a gate, well because there is currently a road construction going on , in the street, though that doesn't mean it was that easy to get into the bank as security men are always at the entrance 24/7. So you sanitize your hands and do temperature check and you get in. The customer care I saw there were calm and diligent, very careful and communicative.

I hate the long queue at this BRANCH, otherwise their customer service is great. The staff are very friendly and they all have the willingness to help, although it's a small which isn't designed to accommodate much customers but they still offer great service.

Close to Temple, Bariga.

You see your staff that works over the counter at the bariga branch has zero customer service
They do not know how to talk and one in particular
This is not the first time I’ve seen her act rude towards a customer
Very soon I’ll take all my money and move it to another account
