Awesome workplace

I sent 140,000 from my Sparkle account to a different account and I was debited but the money was never delivered as confirmed by the second bank. Now I am trying to reach sparkle to refund my money, but they are not responding. Terrible customer service. Just automated messages. I am now looking for their office so I can go there and make a complaint.

My money was reversed back to my account after 2 days of back and forth with their IG team.A bit late, but I do commend the response.

2. They don't have a number to access them with
3. Failed transactions go to their pocket with no way of you complaining.

Don't just bother, my customer sent me 60k from his bank and he has been deducted over 5 days it hasn't reflected in my account. I don't need to tell you where it is, you should know who it is with (Bank of Theives). Modern day Robin Hoods.

this people debits u on failed transactions and won't show it on transaction history.. if u didn't take note of ur balance before the transaction your money is gone.. Customer care deliberately ignore mails and no phone number provided to reach them. I'm coming to ur office with my lawyer.. u people must return all my funds..

You have such terrible customer service and i regret ever using your bank. Why on earth don’t you have a phone number i can call? Except you want to be shady.

I advise anyone to stare clear of them. You guys better refund me my money. You’re saying you don’t have history of my transactions? Such rubbish!!!
