Wema Bank - Lawanson

Wema Bank Plc is a financial institution and its the first indigenous bank in Nigeria that has been in existence since the 2nd of May 1945 with more than 50 branches all over the country. The branch is located in Obele along Ojuelegba road, Surulere, Lagos. It has been in existence since 1991 and it has been experiencing growth ever since. It is a one storey building with two gated parking lot by the side apart from the parking space in the front of the branch itself. The security office is also at the side of the right gate with a customer's restroom beside it.

Mostly not too busy. Transactions are done on time. Customer service is slow they will do better with more agents.

A bank place, with two ATM stands. The banking Hall is small.

Limited parking space

I have had this experience with this same branch a long time ago and I felt they would have changed or trained their CS staffs,but apparently, I am wrong… they are not just slow, they are very insensitive to customers and their time, even after making it clear that I do not want to stay too long in the banking hall. Must customers create scenes before they are bin attended to? Very pathetic

Very unreliable Atm
How can the machine go off during a transaction process hence incurring unnecessary stress!!!??
