Customers can deposit or withdraw cash, transfer money locally or internationally, buy and sell treasury bills, buy or sell forex, pay school fees or purchase forms. There is a clean restroom for visitors. Dedicated car park is available for staff and visitors, parking along the road is prohibited. ♿wheelchair parking is available but no accessible entrance.

FCMB Plaza, located on Marina street, Lagos Island, is the banks administrative building where most of its executive meetings are held. The bank has excellent online banking services and quite effective in customer services.

FCMB is a foremost financial institution with branches all over Nigeria, but the marina branch is a master piece with its underground car park for their staff while they situate in their opposite front an ample car park for their customer.

It has escalator to convey customers and staff back and forth the building for financial transactions.
