Alara Lagos

NOK by Alara is very good, food is also very good however it comes in small portions and you, if you are planning a dinner for guests I advise you go for their set menu, customised menu will tear your pockets, yes the food is pricey, parking space is small so you might want to park outside, chatting, calling and email responses are very slow like they can take 2/3 days before you get feedback via email, chatting is also very slow I think they should invest in customer service agents to help with prompt responses to their customers

Food was ecclectic and delicious, staff very curteous, welcoming and professional. There's a garden, a restaurant and a shop. Easy to find. A nice place for a date and shopping (if someone is paying 😂😁😂). overall loved the place

Alara is a place that exudes positive emotions for me. It was designed by world renown architect, Sir David Adjaye. I was thrilled by the design of the store infusing Afrocentric theme. It’s a beautiful place for everyone to visit and experience the wakanda feel of African architecture.

I loved, loved the place!!. The ambience was perfect, and the food was delicious. The music was also really great for the mood of the evening. I didn't try their famous amala, but I hope to do so when next I can. I also hope to visit the store, as I didn't get the chance to the last time I went.

This place is a desired cultural experience of African knowledge, fsahion and products, that is complemented with pleasant professionalism. They have a very wide varieties of great African attires, souvenirs, fashion accessories, craft and many other stuffs. It's a design statement of premium African fashion and royalty style. All items here are all beautiful and authentically African. I love the design language of this place, it reminisces an African space that's devoid of the current Western design philosophy. Heads-up, its a really upscale lifestyle place for the premium elites. So, the prices are moderately expensive due to their uniqueness and handmade process. Good ambience. It is a high end store and certainly has it's own clientele agenda. Cool place to visit and meals are just fine.

A beautiful place to get great clothings with various and creative designs. You get value for your money here. I was overall impressed with the clothings available at the store.

From dinner gowns to African eccentric clothings, you get to see a whole wide range of them here. Staffs were friendly and polite. Will definitely visit again.

I love the arrangement, it’s artistic and the plants designs makes it so calm. The fashion house has unique clothing and if you need an high end brand, they have it.

If you must try any Amala at any upscale restaurant in Lagos, then this is the one. The taste never disappoints. Excellent presentation, excellent service with a great ambience.

I really loved the ambience, very different very interesting and simple too. Although pricey and located at the back of the building, especially for a simple place.

Nok by Alara is a lovely restaurant located off Adeola Odeku. The peanut chicken was absolutely heavenly and the way the sweet potato was prepared made me like it for once. The dip/sauce was delicious too. Friendly and polite staff, beautiful and heartwarming ambience. Will be visiting the roof top soon, I heard the view from there is breathtaking
