I visited last over 15 years ago and the environment seems to be as relaxed as ever. Room service, swimming pool area and children activities are still very good. Federal palace is one of the few locations in Lagos where the whole family can relax and bond as a family. The only area that needs improvement is morning breakfast service.

The customer service is top notch. But need to work in the maintenance services. The cleaning services should be monitored at all times making sure that they’re doing their work diligently

Strategically located and exquisite. The personnel were also courteous. I was only at the external ballroom for an event.

Everything was great My children had so much fun, the hotel space is big and cozy , the staff are nice , and kudos 👏 to their chef.

They management knows hospitality.
Everything from room service, to location, to security, to parking space were sufficient.

Definitely recommend to whoever can afford it when visiting Lagos.

Had an excellent buffet service here. Sunday buffet starts at 12.30pm and there was a variety of meals. Continental and local dishes as well as a dessert table

When it comes to the oldest luxurious water side hotels in the country, this ranks one of the top 5, it's well maintained as I have heard of it since I was a boy, and it still marvels many when they go there. The waterfront garden is a beautiful scenery, the sense of security as it is close to an army barracks, the staff are courteous and there is ample parking space. This is a pure and sincere five star for me!

Federal Palace Hotel is such a serene environment. The rooms are very spacious and very suitable for family vacation. Located in the heart of VI and very accessible. I particularly love the interior. The pool side is another sight of its own, there’s a side for young children as well. The food is not bad at all. The service is top notch and neat
