The office has wheelchair access and parking lot for vehicles. Of course, they have a restroom and waiting area for visitors. Sometimes, you may find a queue here thus the need to wait briefly.

The major attraction here is the fact that there is a massive parking lot dedicated to the staff and as well, a parking space for visitors. It's decent here with a functional ATM corner which often dispenses cash most of the day. Security personnel are always on ground for assistance.

For me, that is customer friendliness. Built on a safe and nice serenity of Victoria Island, with an appreciable number of network branches around the state and nationwide as well. The architectural uniqueness of their branches speaks for itself. Just there to serve your needs better.

This financial institution has stood the test of time and on daily basis, continued to improve. This branch is beautifully lawn on the outside, the banking hall is conducive, they have good customers relationship officers. There is an available parking space, an accessible entrance but no accessibility parking.
