This police station used to be at the junction of Igbogbo road junction. The bus stop Police post is named after this police station before it moved to its present location. It is the police station serving Ebute Ipakodo. The police station is somehow inside so you will not sight it easily.

Went to report a robbery in early May 2018. The way we were attended to was unbelievably bad. The main office where two female officers sat was smelling and dirty at 13:00 hours. I wrote a statement in a dingy, over crowded (benches & cupboards) and disorganised office, presumably the DPO’s office.

The officers including the lady who took my statement were unsympathetic and could care less of what happened. All they were saying, was “God would catch them”. The senior officer/DPO followed me to the scene of the robbery, looked round. She did NOT, write anything, take pictures or samples of foot prints or finger prints I showed her. All she said was “God would catch them”. I wondered why she was a high rank police woman, if she was powerless? WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME.
