Many people and needed to wait some time for my order to get done,but the burgers were great.

I always remove onion from my order - there have been maybe one or two times when they have forgotten to not add the onion - overall, I've gotten exactly what I wanted
Overall pretty clean - the janitor is moving around a lot, they seem dedicated to their work.

McDonald's like any other. The biggest difference here is that the property is a lot bigger and the seating area outside is also a lot bigger, which is great and makes it feel spacious. The service feels a bit more faster than in most other of their establishments and the employees are more friendly. While waiting inside, there were a lot of people there, but there wasn't that much noise from them, which made me feel quite good, as usually the customers in McDonald's are loud for some reason. A lovely experience, about as lovely as it could get for a fast food restaurant.

It takes so much time to get your order.

Last time I bought something they gave me one less. Feels like every time you leave the McDonalds, you have to double check the bag, if you got everything that you ordered.

In saturday around 16.00 it was crowded, staff could not clean tables, and you can not blame them.

Food and atmosphere are basically the same everywhere. Service is good.

It's a McDonald's, so you know what to expect. Service is good, nice and polite staff and you can order in one of their computer terminals which is very convenient, specially if you want to customize your order.

It's open almost all night, so you can always go to satisfy your hunger or to have a wonderful coffee.

Can be heavy on the queues at peak times(both inside and drive), but the service and quality are way above average.

You get what you pay for. The food is always fresh and tastes delicious. Staff is nice and friendly.

Familiar fast food in the heart of Tartu

It's MC like most of them. Drive-in is reasonable and there is a children area with outdoor slides.

Fast in and out, thanks to smart ordering system they got there.
