AT&T Store

Aveta Lewis was my store rep. She greeted me right away. She was very helpful by being knowledgeable about what products was in stock, as well as what protection for my device was best.

OK it's funny but I've avoided at&t for years due to bad past experiences 😅. So I did the trade in promotion for the Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra.. it went through with my agent Avita. Then 2 days later I get a call saying the $800 trade in promotion didn't go and to come in for details. I was disappointed and livid; but when I got there DJ came from the back and explained to me he looked deeper into the situation and found out the I did qualify and my promotion went through. This misunderstanding was really to give me a heads up so I would know what was going on if my wasn't what I expected 🙃 .. this was a great save DJ and McComb location crew. Thank you!

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL.. VERY NICE I WAS IN AND OUT. I purchased an iPhone 12 mini (red) 128g I love it so much, can’t wait to activate it. They have plenty inventory I definitely recommend 10/10

Ty is a spectacular employee!! Ty was professional and very friendly while also being extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and available promotions. He answered all of our questions while walking us through the decision making to activating our new devices. Ty truly made a once dreaded visit to AT&T (to upgrade our devices and add a new line) an enjoyable experience. We will be back!

We had an amazing experience!! Ty is such an awesome person, he was patient and he has an awesome personality. We first met him when he was the manager at Juicey Seafood and he made a great impression on us. I strongly encourage everyone to ask for Ty when you go to AT&T, you Will not regret it!

Our guy was Jt he was very kind respectful and helpful. We really enjoyed having him as our tech. We have never left with so many devices since we've been with att. Ty was amazing. He helped me with my phone and in great detail explained to me my options for a trade in and different plans that better fit my budget. Next time I go back I’ll definitely be looking for him!

My experience with AT&T online is what lead me into our local store. My online experience was beyond frustrating. When I went into the store I had the good fortune of being helped by Enanda Hill. She sat with me and navigated an issue that needed to be resolved online for more than an hour... even past closing hours for the store. We finally had this issue resolved. My last bit of business was to get wifi at a new residence. She helped me set this up as well. The following day she called to check to see if I had been able to get this process completed. I had NOT! Again, I had multiple frustrations with the online store and spoke to all of India in the process! Ms. Hill continued to help me get connected with a technician and checked with me throughout this process to be sure I received services. This was most definitely above and beyond her job duties!

Locally I give the McComb AT&T store an A plus for finding this employee who did more than her job. Online services for AT&T I give an F minus for hiring out their entire customer service to another country!

Ms. Jennifer Lewis was more than amazing. She was waiting at the door when I walked in and greeted me with a big smile and friendliness. She geniunely listened as I explained my issues and when I was done she followed up what I said to make sure we were on the same page. She went to work on my issues and worked professionally and quickly to resolve them. She was such a pleasure, easy to chat with while she worked, and she even asked me a lot of different things to see if she could get me a discount on my bill! Impressive.

Had a few questions about my plan & device options so I stopped by the store. Ty was beyond helpful and detailed. He was extremely patient and helped me figure out the best option for my devices. I’m extremely satisfied.
