I recently had a print dry mounted by David in the framing department at Michaels, and I cannot express enough how exceptional his service has been. His knowledge and expertise in the framing department were immediately apparent, and it was clear that he takes great pride in his work.

He took the time to understand the sentimental value of the piece I wanted to dry mount and offered insightful suggestions to enhance its presentation. I can always find what I need at Michaels. The best part is buying online and picking up in the store. It is so easy. You walk in, find it on the shelf by the door, and leave.

Super easy pick up for online order. Staff was friendly, even when I immediately returned some of that same purchase. The store is laid out nicely and isn’t cluttered. Coupons can be scanned on your phone without downloading an app or subscribing to emails which I like.

Angie and Dave are amazing! They took such great care of my dress and were meticulous with the framing process. They went above and beyond my expectations and I'm so excited to have my dress hanging in my office. Their customer service and talent is beyond 5 stars. Thank you so much!

I haven’t been here in a few years! My daughter wanted some new acrylics and brushes to work on random projects in her free time. It was hard to only get the things she needed! I am an art addict, and I loved their assortment of charcoals and pencils. (She paints, I work in charcoals!)
I hope to frequent more often to curb my cravings for artwork soon enough.
The staff was kind, the store was as well stocked as could be, and patrons were friendly as well. It was a pleasant visit after not coming by in a long time.

I loved my experience at Micheals. Staff was super friendly motivated and passionate. Staff was very helpful leading me to the item that i was looking for.

A clean, well stocked store. Parking can be hectic on Weekends, but there is plenty of spots. While they offer the standard fare for a craft store, their art supply section is quite good. They carry fancy markers, Zebra gel pens, and other brands. Pair with a coupon for a reduced price, as these don't really go on sale.

They don't carry fabric, but they have sewing and quilting supplies.

My go to for decor and craft supplies.

I love this Michael's, they have great selection, good deals and sales going on. Customer service is also on point! A while ago I bought 2 pack canvas, and one of them happened to be damaged. They exchanged it and even gave me a more expensive canvas instead (same size). I'm a permanent customer here :)

We needed some picture frames for some certificates and I initially purchased 3 not realizing they had a BOGO offer going on. I returned and explained that I'd really like an additional frame for no cost and they completely understood. No hassle, just great customer service. That great customer service is what sets them apart and will continue to earn my business.

The gals in the custom framing department were FANTASTIC!!! I cannot stress that enough. They were great! So kind and helpful.

I come here all the time to buy pumpkin and pumpkin related merchandise. I like how they put out stuff for the next season 4 months early. Gives me the confidence to listen to Christmas music in September. LOL! They ALWAYS have coupons online so it's never full price. Very nice.

Renter looking for frames for my presidential signed documents had a very wide selection found something very happy with

5 stars because they usually have what you need and the store is clean. The cashiers are usually nice but sometimes seem stressed. Maybe they have too many other tasks in addition to checking people out. That would cause me stress as well.
