I came into the UPS store to print a few documents on high-quality cardstock. The staff was amazing. Two staff members not only helped me in a timely manner, but went above and beyond to assist me when the images on my document were not lining up quite right. If I ever need anything professionally printed again, I will come here and ask if Mark is working. 5 stars!

Had a great experience at this store with a complicated return. The sales associate named Mark was super friendly and helped me with my order while a line queued up during stressful holiday returns. He was able to help me and other customers in an efficient manner to keep the line going without losing his cool.

Customer service was fantastic! I was doing self service Amazon returns for the first time. Mark helped me every step of the way, showed kindness, and was personable. A pleasant experience!

I called the store about an important package which couldn't be delivered. Shannon understood my anxiousness and went out of her way to look for it as soon as the next set of packages were delivered, call me back when she found it and kept it aside for me to pick it up later. Made my day!

When I went to this UPS store to drop off my package, it was very busy. Still, one of the workers took time to help a disabled gentleman in and out to his car with a package. The line moved quickly considering it was the week of Christmas!
Unfortunately, my package was lost. I lost my tracking number but Shannon was able to look it up for me. She called all the stops where my package should have went but unfortunately it was not found. They are refunding me even though I did not purchase additional insurance.
Shannon and the gentleman who helped me were extremely helpful and pleasant. Kudos!!!

This location is really great, and Shannon is the absolute best! I sent a package and it unfortunately got lost, but Shannon walked me through the entire process of submitting and receiving a claim. Even after it taking a few weeks for the insurance to process it, Shannon called with weekly updates and never let it fall through the cracks. She even remembered me and my case by name any time I called. On top of that, she is friendly and professional. She made a frustrating situation feel taken care of and prioritized. I will keep going back to this specific store purely because I trust Shannon!

Nice folks that work efficiently and give me tips at the counter to save money on my shipments. I've been shipping packages for years, and I go out of my way to swing by this place whenever it's time to ship another.

I recently used this store to ship several very large and heavy packages. One of them contained about 100 pounds of goods and wouldn't have survived the trip in the flimsy box I initially packed. Mark helped set me up with a big, heavy-duty box. He and Shannan were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. All of my goods arrived safely. Excellent customer service!

Today I have shipped 26 big packages through UPS. I was frustrated with the UPS customer representatives and was not able to find a solution how to ship all those packages. So I called the UPS store 3 days back and MARK solved my problem within a second. He and his colleague from ups store came to my house and picked up all of the packages and shipped my packages to Boston.

A big shout out to MARK. A big shout out to Cecilia as well and all other store employees. Everyone helped me. But MARK owes big one. Myself and my husband are really grateful to MARK.

We recently shipped 8 large packages from this location on account of our upcoming move. Both the man at the counter and Shannon (owner?) were extremely friendly and helpful. First, they gave us a cart to lug in our heavy packages. Then, when we brought in three large bags that couldn't be shipped without being boxed, the lady went out of her way to help us box these bags and then print and attach shipping labels. This was great and friendly customer service at a very stressful time for us. Good to have one last glimpse of the Midwest hospitality as we leave the area. Thank you!!

Great people! Very helpful considering the long line of Amazon returns. Remember to treat them well as they are going as fast as they can to help you. You can blame Amazon for the long lines.

Great service. I called trying to track down a package that a driver attempted to deliver -- but I wasn't home at the time and couldn't sign for it. On the phone a gentleman explained my options for getting it that same day, or waiting until the following day for a delivery. Since I needed it immediately, he helped me find where it was located, and put me in touch with the distribution hub, who helped me get it within a half hour. Above and beyond! In a time when many service companies lead you into an endless phone tree or simply blow you off, this was a terrific experience. Very happy with the service.

Besides dropping off packages I use this UPS for copying for my psychology practice; buying the best priced discounted cards. The staff are always courteous about setting the counter and striking off my copies. Not there fault that sometimes there's a line and they are very busy. It's a great way to copy without running out my ink cartridges and I appreciate the friendly service. The manager is especially nice and I hope she gets this feedback.

I went to this UPS Store last night to send a couple of packages. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There was one particular staff member who was very helpful about my packages, but also explained about shredding (I asked about costs). As I was leaving I asked if Shannon still worked there. It turns out it was her son helping me! I mentioned last month Shannon helped me ship a phone to my daughter over night in Europe (she was stranded with a phone that wouldn't work). Shannon was so amazing and helped me in an extremely difficult time. I even called her to give her updates! This UPS store is the only one I'd use and I would highly recommend it to everyone! Staff are always great and very helpful, even when it's busy. I have never had a package lost or delayed and I've shipped many. I don't understand people's mediocre reviews. :/

My company has been a customer of the UPS store and/or their predecessor since 2000. We have shipped or received more than $4 million of products through the facility.

I have stood in a line and have never asked for free stuff. I expect good service and I expect to pay for it. After all, it is a business.

The owner and staff have always worked well for us! Keep up the good work!

I have purposely driven to this location as the staff are always wonderful to work with, in my opinion. The woman working at UPS has been extremely helpful and gone the extra mile for me when shipping internationally. This is my favorite UPS store. I've driven 25 minutes just to know that my package is being addressed correctly as it departs with confidential documents and personal items to China.

Mark, at the UPS Store on Odana Rd was fantastic to work with. He provided excellent customer service and made sure to follow-up with me regarding questions I had on my shipment. Much kudos.
