Drive thru was fast! Drink was delicious and refreshing. I don’t like a lot of sugar so I get the cold brew with sugar free vanilla and oat milk. I’ll definitely be back. Lots of drinks and food options. Their chocolate danishes (warmed up) and caramel crunch frappes are good too! Very friendly cashier drive thru staff. The most recent cashier that waited on me asked how my day was and was very personable and kind.

This is my favorite Starbucks in town. The staff are really nice and I leave with a smile every time I go there, which I can’t say about pretty much any other fast food/coffee joint. Plus, despite them being crazy busy, they’ve always had my order ready at or before the expected time when I order online.

Dean was exceptional and was the first person I saw in Madison. Dean really set the tone for our family’s overall experience on vacation. Coffee was delicious as well as the service. Shoutout to Dean! #Dean2024

Great coffee, breakfast items and treats. Lin was long for the drive thru, but moved quickly.

Friday morning coffee with my friend has become a regular thing. We love your Starbucks! Watching your employees juggle such incredible volume is like watching a carefully choreographed dance.

I had a great experience at this Starbucks. The barista was helpful and friendly and they got my semi-complicated drink order correct. 5 stars for that!

Always been a decent location whenever I feel like I didn't get enough coffee in the morning. Staff is great. I'm understanding too if things are backed up, especially with the state of the service industry right now. Shrug off the angry Karens and stay strong.

This Starbucks is always a delight to stop at, even when the line gets long!
I regularly stop in at this location for my Chai Latte and today they left me the most wonderful note on it and absolutely made my week! Thank you to the amazing staff who are always friendly and hard working! You all rock!

The employees at this Starbucks really deserve five stars! there has never been a time where I haven't had to wait a while because they are so damn busy. However they are friendly and they keep a smile on their faces. And that is what counts. High fives to all the staff at this Starbucks.

I don't know who took my order today but she was amazing! I was trying something new and was a little unsure so I asked her opinion of what she thought would taste the best. My drink came out tasting amazing! Trust the barista's y'all😉

I have been going to this Starbucks for a little over 4 years. An throughout those years I have met some pretty amazing and awesome people!!!! Recently they showed me why I love this location so much & I honestly couldn't be happier with the Barista's there!! They truly make my heart smile Everytime and are always so respectful and kind! They honestly have no idea how much thier kind words and compassion has helped me get through some of my roughest days!!! I am beyond happy with this location and will recommend it to anyone that likes coffee 😊 thank you for all that you do, and special shout out to all the beautiful ladys that have gone above and beyond to make sure my day started or ended on a good note!! Every time I’ve gone to this location (Greenway Boulevard in Middleton, Wisconsin) I’ve had wonderful experiences with employee’s and my drinks have been top tier! I wish I had names to give my love to specifically, but everyone has been great. It’s clearly a very diverse location and, again, everyone is great!

I enjoy the fancy latte selection. The mobile order ahead is a neat new option so your order is ready when you arrive. Make sure to ask for your order if ordering through the app because they do not set it out for you. This location also has a Clover machine for the specialty coffees and not all locations have the machine.

I travel for work and so I visit Starbucks everywhere. This is one of the best I have visited, anywhere. I have been to this location twice this trip (so far)and the staff is VERY friendly. They are fast, the food was super fresh and the coffee was excellent. Thanks for making my time away from home a little more nice!

Picked up a coffee box for a group. Ordered ahead on the app. They got everything ready very quickly. Thanks for great service!

Service was great. Mocha, mocha, mocha - so addicted!! I was a bit hungry, so I added a piece of red velvet marble cake - moist, flavorful - with a just-sweet-enough frosting. Happily satisfied!!

Just love their ice coffee and breakfast. Also love ❤ it when they give a pup cup to my dog. Very friendly

My local Starbucks. I miss Bryan. He was the drive-thru guy for the longest time and took time to know his customers. Newer ladies do well, but it's not quite the same. They do a great job, thouhh!

Service is excellent and store is always clean. They are very good at giving you ideas of different drinks to try. They help you customize your drink doing half the pumps to cut you calories or add different pumps of flavor.
