Sydney did an excellent job of explaining the A15 vs A32 phones to me as I am transitioning to a newer phone. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to work with her in the future!

My wife and I visited this location to upgrade our phones. We were looked after by Amber, the store manager. Amber is very knowledgeable, highly competent and very customer centric. It was a pleasure to work with her and she made the entire process very seamless.

Quan at this T-Mobile location is the best. We did the switch to T Mobile in November. We were refused our reimbursement for the payoff of our phones that we payed off at Verizon. Quan tirelessly helped us submit proof after proof to T mobile. He was always kind and wonderful even though we came to bug him again and again. Happy ending !!! T-Mobile is reimbursing us for switching finally! This would not have happened without Quan . Employee of the year !!!!

This was the third Tmobile location I visited and the one that made me a Tmobile customer due to Amber! I had been researching new cell carriers and had basically decided on Tmobile, but the first two locations (team members) left a lot to be desired. I stuck to it and I'm glad I did. You cannot go wrong choosing this location - Amber is an amazing manager. Knowledge, helpful attitude and expertise are top notch!

Jay and Cory are amazing. Not a fan of T-mobile at all. I have been trying for over a month to pay my phone off and switch carriers. Jay and Cory have been by far the BEST customer service representatives I have ever experienced. They helped me understand things that wasn’t making since when I tried visiting my local T-mobile. 100% would go back to this store if needed for help. Thank you both!

Went in to get my kiddo their first phone. Quan was super helpful and found the best deal for our situation and I decided to upgrade. He was calm, kind, and patient through the phone swapping process. We all know how “fun” it can be. He helped to make it bearable. We left the store ready and set up. Thanks y’all.

I wanted a new line n also trade in my iPhone X after not getting much help from the other reps like Chore etc finally Quan came into picture. After listening to all my concerns Quan took my issue with trade in phone personally and went above and beyond to help me get the best deal and also particularly with data transfer from old to new phone which has been very problematic due to different reasons. He has been was very patient through out the process, answered every single question with smile and finally helped me get my brand new Iphone 13 pro with all the data restored without any loss. I liked the best in class service provided by the Best rep Quan at the store in the Middleton. I would like to give more and more stars than 5 for his zeal to provide best services to his customers. Great job man!

T-Mobile team to the rescue!

There's nothing harder than asking for help when the fix is painfully simple. And that's what happened.

My sim card wouldn't fit in my new phone. I just couldn't get the tray to close... So I went to the store and within 10 seconds it was fixed. And I was the only person judging me for being incompetent.

I always dread having to go to the cell phone store, but I had a great experience today! Quan was amazing! He helped me easily decide which new phone to get and made the transaction as smooth as could be. I had my two year-old with me. Once another customer left and we were the only customers in the store, he even thought to ask what my daughter’s favorite song was so he found Wheels on The Bus and played Cocomelon music on the store speakers for her which kept her happy. What a blessing to have people like Quan to be able to help at T-mobile! I would definitely recommend!

Quan is one of the best employees there. This guy has gone up and be on for us. He made sure we got the best deal. Made sure all our devices worked. He even made sure that I got the best price on my watch that I already had. I don’t know any place that does that. This is the place to go.

Stopped by to switch over to T-Mobile and a great experience. Shaquan provided exceptional customer service! He recommended accessories, explained our contract and protection plan thoroughly, and signed us up quickly! We appreciate his helpfulness and friendly attitude. Thanks Shaquan!

Great staff...moved 8 lines over from Verizon...people living in CO, FL and DC. They handled challenges and glitches with ease and professionalism. Would switch again.

Got new iPhones & was helped by the manager Amber who was great. Very knowledgeable.

I give them a 5 star rating for honesty. Since BTW erected a cell tower in Barneveld I have been considered roaming. The salesperson recommended AT&T as they are affiliated with BTW. I will miss being a customer with the Magenta company, but am looking forward to a new experience with AT&T.

We stopped today for help with my daughters phone. Garret was super knowledgeable and helpful. I've been in plenty of cell phone stores where the staff are not helpful. Garrett was awesome. I'd recommend this store to anyone.
