The food is always hot and fresh. The staff is friendly

They have improved over the last two months.

The gentleman who works the drive thru window after midnight, is always friendly, provides great service and is a true asset to this mcds!

Food was good and fresh!! French fries were even awesome at 9:30 pm. Super nice employees

One of two that I will ever eat at! Food is cooked fresh regardless of time or day! Totally worth any wait but have only waited once. I refuse to eat at any other stores except Winona MS and Tylertown MS!

June 20 2018, I sadly lowered the ratings from ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars to ⭐⭐⭐stars but should have lowered it to ⭐⭐ stars but I’m a kind and gracious. Not because of the food, the food was correct and excellent !! Went to McDonald’s drive through today and was told to park in the parking lot and they’d bring my food out to me. I ABSOLUTELY AM NOT A FAN IF THIS PRACTICE WHAT SO EVER as a matter of fact this is the only fast food place that I’ve experienced this. It was a circus in my opinion, all three cars in front of me were ask to park ( same story) and one behind me was asked to park. Absolutely ridiculous!! (( A couple years ago they did this to me and forgot about me. After I stupidly waited close to thirty minutes for them to bring my food out to me I go inside and my food is just sitting on the counter with no apologies after i ask about it. But I forgave because I’m kind and also gracious also because I want this McDonald’s to stay and do well! ))

Since the remodel and maybe other changes this McDonald’s has gotten better. As of April 20th 2018 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

(As of 12-21-17) I lowered the stars from ⭐⭐⭐⭐stars to ⭐⭐stars. Mainly because it’s gotten to where the orders are wrong half the time which is really not acceptable. When better help is hired with employees that appreciate their jobs and strives for excellent service for the customers helping to keep the doors open so that they have a job to go to I’ll update my review. I realize it’s small town and good help is very limited but a good manager can do wonders with a place and employees (sometimes). I very much appreciate the good experiences I have here because this is my hometown McDonald’s and VERY glad it’s here and will continue bring my business here and suffer through the not so great service like the others that have equally bad experiences and want this McDonald’s to keep doing great. Thanks!

( original review) ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I come here fairly often, foods always mcdonalds and tastes like any other mcdonalds I've ever been to across the country which I have my own favorite menu items. It's a small town mcdonalds so good help is in a limited supply and I have had my share of issues here but I've had the same issues at other places also. Most importantly to me is that most of the time I have good experiences here.

Very friendly. Little slow. Great chocolate chip cookies. Can get them fresh any time. Just ask.

By Far the Best Mcdonalds i ever been to. Its clean and the ice cream machine works for everyone that eats at a McDonalds knows thats impressive. There management staff is awesome and they truely care about your service

YES IT WAS THE BEST FISH BURGER, FRENCH FRIED, AND SWEET TEA TO DRINK I HAD IN A WHILE. VERY GREAT 👍 MEAL😊 MORE TO COME.

Food is OK service has never good

Was very clean inside and outside. Bathroom clean also. Staff is friendly and nice. Big Mac was awesome.

The service and the crew were outstanding. The crew were very helpful and wanted to please the customer.

McDonald's is a great place to eat breakfast and other meals. But I prefer breakfast but they cut it off to soon.
