From the gentleman earlier in the day who took my call and helped ensure they had what I was looking for, to the gal who assisted me in the pharmacy drive-thru...they were both efficient and extremely helpful ! Thank you 😊

A young tall man was trying to help a confused older lady on 5-18-2022 in the pharmacy dept.
He was kind, caring, and as helpful as he could possibly be. He never tried to get her to move away so he could help others, he just listened and helped. We need more kind people like this young man. Thank you for being kind to our older generation.

I always do the customer surveys. I really appreciate the fact that Walgreens actually listens to them. For a while I repeatedly suggested Walgreens offer testers in the cosmetics department; it was very frustrating for me to consistently spend money on products to get home and find out they were the wrong color/texture/etc. and I would imagine it must be inefficient on Walgreen's end to keep having opened cosmetics returned. To my surprise, they have since added testers to numerous brands. I'm impressed! Thank you Walgreens, for listening!

Never had a bad experience, been coming here for years. This week my insurance company made some sort of change to my prescription number. Without even asking the pharmacy tech looked into it and resolved the issue. They then refunded the extra money I had paid for multiple prescriptions this week. This saved me the hassle of calling and dealing with insurance companies and saved me money right away

Once you get past the call center and speak to someone inside the store they are very good and very helpful. When I went in, the pharmacy technicians were very kind and very helpful. I had almost forgotten what good conversation was like with everything going on until I went in.

Normally the service at the pharmacy is awful but this evening farooq far exceeded any other staff member in his customer service skills. I highly recommend him if you have had trouble at this pharmacy in the past,

I just wanted to say what a fantastic job I thought you all did with giving my elderly parents the covid vaccine on Friday. They were so happy. I know you are working with limited space and resources but really you basically just outperformed every major healthcare provider in Madison. Thank you.

Pharmacy staff are great. They really go above and beyond for their customers. This is a very busy location, but they do a great job taking care of everyone.

I'm always impressed by a well-run pharmacy and this is certainly one of them. It speaks volumes that the UW Pharmacy programs work with this Walgreens to train some of their students. Timely, well-organized, and communicative. Full marks!

Picked up photos and was explaining to the photo person that helped me that I would need to cut each one down to fit on a card. She offered to do it for me. How nice! Love this store!

Go to for prescription drugs. The 24 hour pharmacy is great.

My dad's prescription had an OUTRAGEOUS price and the pharmacist found a program, in just minutes that reduced the price by 101 dollars to 40 dollars!
