Metro Market

Metro Market at Junction has the nicest and most helpful employees. Their produce is great, even when they’re selected by their employees for pickup. If you order online they bring it out to your car for free! I really don’t feel like I deserve this grocery store.

Danny is a ray of sunshine. You guys need more workers like him. He is super personal and friendly. I never catch him in a bad mood and he loves to help out. He is a great example of excellent customer service and getting to know your customers. I could talk to Danny all day if I could! Keep up the great work Danny!

Mai in customer service does a really good job in her role! She is top notch in skill and friendliness.

Great produce, fresh and affordable. The bakery is wonderful. Store organized, clean.. great selection of fresh made 🍣 sushi. Their creamy wild rice chicken soup is delicious and comforting. Stepping through the door, you walk through a gorgeous arrangement of flowers, plants . The aroma is soothing. Some aisles are a bit overstocked, cluttered. Timing is everything. Checkout can be frustrating at peak times, especially self checkout. Plan your attack ahead of time, and it will be rewarding, stress-free experience.

My favorite store, and I’m here a lot! There’s a guy with longer hair that’s normally working the self checkout area and he is great, always making sure bags are open and ready, stocking area, he keeps himself working but always available to help. The cart wrangler that’s here most weekday mornings is great at his job too.

We had a fine time shopping, but what made this a great experience was the amazing young man working as a cart pusher working at 5:30 today (Tom? It was too dark to see his name tag). He saw us pushing our cart to our car parked far away, and jogged over to meet me halfway while I was bringing the cart back. We accidentally left a phone in the cart, and he ran it over to to us when he found it. Made our night better!

First time coming to this store and it was a great experience! We came because a friend of mine is an employee for the warehouse. There were some difficulties with the employee discount for the transaction we made but Pa (which I assume has a leadership position here) went above and beyond to assist us. Sabrina from guest services was also very helpful! I will definitely be back for the great service and the low prices!

I have worked in grocery retail for years, and I make this store my main grocery stop. The quality is good, the help is always in a good mood and happy to stop what they are doing to help you. That usually reflects well that they are being taken care of by their managers on up. I wish the coupons would go away, and be applied right to your card for easier savings, but that is not done at store level.

Of all the departments, The meat team is most helpful. I have asked them where to find products in the store, and they will leave their area to show you, or they will go get someone that knows.

Produce is always stocked and in good shape. I rarely find bad produce out for sale.

Parking lot is not easy to get in and out, but hopefully with the new road being built, they will have considered that and make it easier.

Love all area Pick & Save's. This location is probably my primary but I shop all over. Middleton, Monona, University and Maple Grove. Always good service. I can usually find someone to help me if I need to. They have the best fried chicken in town; great deli and produce department.
I miss the salad bar terribly and am anxious for that to be brought back!

I’ve been regularly picking up my groceries from here since the beginning of the pandemic and have always been pleased with the service. I did so before but not as often. Today I went to pick up my groceries and arrived at 9:15 within my time slot. When I arrived I saw a dog locked in a car with a window cracked open. The dog was agitated, barking, and pacing. The temperature was over 80*. I called for my pickup which was delivered promptly. When I said something to the young woman about my concern, she immediately took a photo of the license plate and went in to page the person. They did not reply to the page. At 9:36, the woman who owned the car came out, and the employee came back out to check to see if anyone had arrived at the car. Thank you for employing good people who care and follow up on what they say. While I did not get the employee’s name, she should be recognized for going above and beyond.

I’m giving 5* ONLY because of this wonderful little woman that was working self checkout.. she was a little older but not old at all .. I think her name tag said Lisa or Lena I don’t know but she was very very helpful not only to me but everyone in what was a very long line she took care of us all with absolutely no help . Help was requested at least from us customers and it seemed like the workers were just standing around just giggling and laughing doing nothing but on phones .. I just was having A very bad day when I came in and this employee even though it was busy all she said was I hope you have a great day I’m glad I could help you and for some reason just watching this woman handle as many customers she did on top of give me a very friendly have a great day .. that lady has no idea how much she made my experience so much better and she deserves more than I’m sure she is given

This Pick 'n Save is efficient, clean, and well stocked. My experiences coming here for the past 2 years have been nothing short of convenient, and now that I have recently been using grocery pick up, my orders have been hassle free and I plan on visiting this grocery store for all of my grocery needs! Thanks guys!

I had an emergency need for balloons for a fund raiser this morning and I needed a large number of balloons. Hala, the manager was very helpful in finding someone to help us out at 6:30 a.m. Linda from the produce department came over and handled our order even though it was not part of her regular job duties. Thank you Hala and Linda for saving us this morning!! Great customer service!!

This place is always clean and organized plus the hours are great. People are respectful and their staff are friendly and ready to help. PS. During this pandemic (SARS-CoV-2 outbreak) they have handled it well.

This place is AMAZING and goes out of their way to help. I work in the same plaza and my coworker had a bad sore throat they were able to give me hot water for the tea to help because we have no way of getting hot water. Annie in the bakery is one of the nicest employees you will ever meet and she is fantasic!! I hope PicnSave knows that her help that she gave me will purposely make me come back to this one! 5/5 Will be back!!!

The people there were really kind and I would recommend going there or any other pick n save. When I was looking for kale for my guinea pigs, sining in the rain started playing ( this was at stoughton by the way) and the mist misted the veggies. (I thought that was funny and creative).

Favorite place for groceries. Prices are good and the store has a decent selection. Attached liquor store is good too. Smaller selection than Steve's, but a bit cheaper.

This Pick'n Save is always well stocked, clean and separate liquor store. Salad bar is far better than the one on university ave and midvale!

Clean, well-kept store with good selections in produce, deli, bakery, and dairy. Separate alcohol section as well, of a pretty good size compared to some other Copps.
