Very clean store, and A+++ Customer service. I went in for an exchange and it was the smoothiest transaction I have made. I will be taking my business back here 100%.

I cannot say enough good things about Olivia!! She went above and beyond to help me and my boyfriend when his stuff was past the return date window to find the stuff we needed and still save us money so we could add on extra stuff. She was so helpful and friendly, she’s everything customer service should be and then some! Please give her a raise!

My new favorite place to get work clothes. I'm never disappointed with the quality. The Styles right now are great. Sometimes it's rare to find men's clothes with floral patterns but I'm really into that so it's nice to find a place that supplies fun floral button-ups. They always have a great clearance selection as well. There's something for everyone at Express 😊

Ladies if you have long legs this is the place to be! Their items are expensive but I’m satisfied with the quality and I feel that I got what I paid for. I arrived close to closing time but the manager helped me find some new work slacks. They were BOGO 50% off so I ended up spending about $130 for both (each pair was $80 originally) they are literally the most comfortable slacks I’ve ever worn! I had to take in the sides since I had to size up. The medium was too tight and the large was a bit too loose. However being a 34” inseam I did not mind having to alter them a bit since I was actually able to but the pants in store which is a rarity for me

The best style I've ever found, and finally a store that stocks "extra slim" styles (the plight of the stick-thin person). Looks like a tailored shirt, without spending the extra time to get that. Definitely more expensive than other places ($60 for a single dress shirt), but they often have sales (Buy one get one for $20, for example), and the quality is definitely worth it.

Staff were quick to ask if I needed help, and were very friendly in general. Definitely my favorite retail clothing store in Madison.

10/10 will absolutely go back tot he WestTowne Express!! The staff helped me pick out my two outfits complete with jewelry and made sure I was taking advantage of all deals and discounts that I could!! They were slightly busy with other customers but did not forget about me. Fabulous customer service
