Soft Surroundings

I'm very sad that there's another women's clothing store in Greenway Station closing its doors. First there was Coldwater Creek, then Christopher and Banks, and now Soft Surroundings. I'm giving 5 stars for the store, the merchandise, and the associates. Zero stars because it's going out of business.

I fell in love with a cashmere cardigan, ordered it on line, thru a flash sale, and was then notified it was discontinued. I called my Barrington, IL store who said Middleton, Wisconsin has one. I spoke with (VERY nice) Lori and Lisa in Middleton, and my sweater is now on it's way to me! Thank you very much!

ABSOLUTELY my new favorite store!!! Skeptical about online clothing purchases, I fit in a store visit while on a trip to Madison today. The warm welcome, beautiful store and MAGNIFICENT clothes made my day!!! Gorgeous colors, soft fabrics, flattering styles made my shopping experience VERY successful! Great prices were the absolute BONUS part of the experience. Will be back soon!!!
P.S. When will a location in Milwaukee be opening?!?!?!

I stopped into my local Soft Surroundings (Middleton) this past Sunday just before closing time. I was so pleased to find that their dressing rooms were open (while other stores have had them closed). They had a table set out with items to sanitize one's hands, etc., and they are steaming each garment after it's tried on and will even do it for you again if you ask!

After I made my purchase, the manager asked me where I was parked. I wasn't sure why, but it turned out she wanted to watch me walk to my car and make sure I got into it safely since it was dark out. I already love the store and always find something very unique and special when I shop there, but I also continue to be delighted to find that their customer service goes above and beyond anywhere else I've shopped.

I had 2 orders to pick up and a few returns. Laurie was taking care of me in the store and she couldn't have been any kinder or helpful!! This experience will definitely have me returning to the Middleton store despite the hour and 15 minute trek!

Omg lovely clothes. Have always purchased from them online but the in store option gave me access to the sale items.

I don't know how anyone could say the clothes are ugly or not good quality. I've been shopping Soft Surroundings for years now. The clothing is not only good quality, but many unique styles. My daughter and I get Christmas presents for each other from here every year.
