I shopped around a lot for the vehicle I wanted. I reached out to numerous dealers and was unable to get what I wanted. Finally found one in Middleton, 2 hours from me. I reached out to a local dealer where I was to see if there was ability to get it closer to me and didn’t get much of a response. Took a whim and reached out via the chat shared my information and within 10 minutes Quinn D called me. We talked all day, he sent me numerous videos, photos everything on the vehicle. Finally decided to drive down that same night. They close at 7 and we came rolling in at 620. It was up front ready to drive. I came with a pre-approval, Quinn (second Quinn) came in and said he could get a better deal, and he did. I bought the car that night, Quinn D, Quinn, and Kyle all stayed late to get me my car. Quinn D was very thorough during the process everything was explained to me in a clear cut dry process, nothing was hidden. Icing on the cake was they delivered the car up to me. Such a smooth process, Quinn D really did care about me and making sure I was happy. This was absolutely one of my favorite times buying a car.

this was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I found this truck online and contacted Bergstom Chevrolet of Middleton and within minutes I had someone get back to me with questions I needed. The Salesman I worked with through this whole process was Johnny Garcia. Johnny made me feel welcome and was always making sure I had everything I wanted when I came to the vehicle. We were very happy with the service we received at Bergstrom Chev of Middleton. We worked with John Seymour. He was very helpful talking us through the pros and cons of a traverse vs a suburban with a growing family. We are two hours away from the dealership. He did a vehicle tour via YouTube video of the suburban we were interested in which was also very helpful. We then put down a refundable $500 deposit to hold the vehicle until we were able to get down there and see it in person. If we did not like the vehicle at that time, we would get our money back with no obligation to purchase it. They were very good to work with and very accommodating to our schedules. Very happy we found our new family vehicle.

I brought my car in for some service and had a great experience. I had made an appointment online and within a few hours of dropping off my car they had run a diagnostic test to figure out the problems with my car, and ended up having my car back within 2 business days. I specifically worked with Luke and he was absolutely stellar! He explained things very well and kept me informed with what was going on at the shop. For future maintenance I will be coming back here!

Buying a vehicle at Bergstrom Chevrolet of Middleton with the assistance of Quinn D was the best buying experience we have ever had. Quinn showed us everything we wanted to see and had us try other options just to be sure. He was not pushy, listened to everything we had questions about, was able to find all of the answers to our questions and never made us feel like we were wasting his time. We spent an entire afternoon with him, but by the end we had a vehicle we are in love with, were given a very fair trade on our vehicle and even received a cheaper financing rate than our own institution could offer. Quinn went above and beyond to help us even after the showroom closed for the evening in order to empty out our current vehicle, transfer plates and go through all of the options that were included in our new vehicle. I can't say enough and we definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a vehicle. We will be back!

John Seymour in sales was a huge help!! My wife and I are relocating and currently living 4 hours apart. We had an extra vehicle that we didn't plan to take with us. With me being 4 hours away, I needed someone to make the process as smooth as possible.

John made the process of selling it to Bergstrom extremely easy and completely painless. After sending him pictures and answering his questions about the condition, he quickly presented us with an extremely competitive offer. I had received offers from the large, national dealerships, but John made the process far easier. He found a way to get it done.

The next day, he was there to pick up the car from our driveway so my wife didn't have to figure out how to get it there on her own. Paperwork was sent for me to sign and we received the check in a timely matter.

We came in for a rough sounding engine that happens in the morning. They were thorough and honest. They didn't finish our vehicle so we received a loaner for the weekend which was amazing!

When we went to Bergstrom of Middleton we were greeted at the door and sat down with John Seymour to discuss what we were looking for.
When we mentioned we were looking at a 1500 Silverado High Country with the 6.2 l engine John asked if we knew that we would have to use Premium fuel with the 6.2 engine. That is something we never thought about.
We then we were on the hunt for a Lakeshore Blue with Black & Blue interior with the 5.3L engine. John checked all the Bergstrom locations to no avail, so he extended his search to another dealer and found exactly what we wanted.
The truck was brought to Middleton & the tonneau cover was ordered & installed right away.
John took the time to show us how to synch our phones & navigate through all the options the truck has.
We felt like John was focused on our needs/wants and not just wanting to sell a vehicle. We would definitely recommend Bergstrom and working with John Seymour.
