We went there to get the blades of our speedskates sharpened and Danny was amazing! He took care of them right away and they were done in less than 15 minutes. Brian checked us out and went above and beyond anything we expected. He even gave our kids fake cards to pretend they are paying themselves. We are so lucky we found them!

I got $20 off two nice fishing rods and plus they kept the store open for me for a few minutes after closing because I had forgotten my debit card in the car. I left very happy! :)

I had to make an exchange of a product that was covered by the replacement program and it got complicated, but he made it all work out!

A young lad name Tyler helped me out and knew the products very very well and showed me great customer service. The only thing that left me a little disappointed was he was oddly obsessed with the escalator and we rode it for about a half an hour before i was able to check out. Definitely would ride again and recommend you do too. Thank you Tyler for amazing experience

Alex and Brian were so helpful with the price match of a bike previously purchased. They went above and beyond to make sure we were helping. The cherry on top is Brian helped my mom figure out how to get her protection plan in. I hope they never tell him not to do this! So helpful!

Customer service was great. Young man named Jalen helped me. He was very patient, and knew the products well. Several customers were in the shoe department and most could have gotten overwhelmed with the requests but he handled it like a pro and had such a great attitude. Great young man keep staff like Jalen around!!

Very friendly staff and helpful. So glad they have the Brooks running bra in stock! The dressing rooms aren't open yet, so we had to buy all the running clothes we thought we would like and then go back again to return the items that didn't work. That was a bummer, but otherwise it was good. Very nice selection.

Had an issue with a water bottle I purchased, Brian took excellent care of me and went above and beyond! Very refreshing to have someone genuinely care about your issue and actually want to help, best customer service I have had in years!

Came in here tonight about an hour prior to close just to walk around and maybe try on a few things. From the minute my boyfriend and I walked in and walked out everyone was extremely nice and joking around. Ended up find a coat I really liked on sale but they didn't have my size. One employee helped me look through the racks and make sure there wasn't one in store. Then when we couldn't find one Megan L. helped me order it online and made sure I got the same sale that was in store and got it shipped to my house for free. Jorge made the Rewards card sign up process super easy so when I bought the coat I got my points that day. There were so many employees that helped me find what I was looking for and were joking around at closing time (really made for a great experience) but I can't remember there names! Not a single person seemed upset that we were still there 5 minutes prior to closing! Even told Curtis (the manager) on the way out the door that everyone deserved raises, and we meant it!

I love the variety of instore selections, ease of shopping/checkout and that their staff is really helpful and friendly. Their return policy is great. I appreciate having an option to check out things in person instead of having to shop online.

Good place to find most of our athletic products including Nike Air Force One shoes. Apparently, we're told,it's 1 of only 2 places in our area to be able to sell them.

The Sales Manager Rick (pretty sure that was his name) had used a different set of tools to get the little plastic security part off of my shoes and had accidentally had broken a very small piece of the shoe that very well could've gone unotticed by me. He was kind enough to come back and be honest about his mistake and offer me the shoes for half off. I very much appreciate the honesty and deal

We were getting a couple new kayaks and a new mount for our car. Josh was super helpful and even helped us mouth the kayaks on the car and showed us how to make sure it's secured!! I'll definitely come back for any other sports needs.
