Pt Firearms

This is hands down the best gun store in the southern Wisconsin Area. Had an issue with a bolt carrier, and was able to get it replaced. Customer service cannot be beat here!

Great place, staff are very knowledgeable and can match the perfect firearm to you. I also had a rifle cleaned and checked there and it looked better than when I took it in. Prices are very reasonable..

Mike alone makes this place a 5 star spot for me. The other techs/reps are knowledgable and can certainly get you to where you're trying to go, but Mike is there to help you and it shows. I've bought, sold and built multiple guns from this store and I will continue to do so.

I called and asked about a particular gun and the guy (Mike) who answered was super helpful. They didn't have the particular gun in question (Springfield XDS), but he did inform me of a great alternative! I went in and met with him and another guy (Dave I think his name was?) and they were more than happy to let me handle a few different pistols to see which one I liked and lo and behold Mike was spot on with his recommendation of a Springfield Hellcat. Felt great in the hands and they answered every question I had about it. The transaction went super smooth and I felt welcome the whole time I was there unlike some other stores I've visited before.

Took it to the range and put a few hundred rounds through it and it worked flawlessly!! Solid experience all around and can't recommend them more.

Mike was a total gentleman and he was able to fully educate us on all the pistols. I am in the market for a CC 9MM and he gladly showed us his stock without hesitation. I am always concerned every time I visit a firearms store due to the demeanor of the salesperson. But Mike is a different story, I would gladly return for an AR-15 now. :)

Very good people, they will help you get into your first AR with no hassle or feeling overwhelmed. They will also do a good job at putting together a custom AR as well. They offer much more than the AR platform though. Check them out!

Has been my primary gun shop for about a year. Great staff with a wealth of knowledge from antique to modern sporting rifles. Great selection and pricing. Give them a look if your in the market.

Had no experience with the AR platform. They took the time to show me the details and differences. Needless to say, purchased an RRA .223 Operator. Fits my needs to the T! I will be doing more business with them. They did a great job answering and listening to my questions.

My go to place for ammo and repairs and everything else, the staff is very helpful and I've enjoyed coming here from the first days they opened there doors. I highly recommend them to everyone.
