Residence Inn by Marriott Madison West/Middleton

My husband choice this hotel because of the 2 bedroom layout which was cost effective and convenient. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. Their manager was thoughtful and accommodating when I accidentally booked the wrong date. I recommend this hotel and will stay there again when we visit the area.

Very nicely updated! Forgot to grab pictures of the room before we put all our stuff out, but they have been remodeled and feel very new. Bed was comfortable (my husband is a huge bed critic too), kitchen has a good size fridge and freezer(not full size but not a mini fridge) which I appreciate since i usually travel with food and drinks, it's nice to be able to store them and re-freeze ice packs, etc.
The common areas seem to be new as well, and there were games and books by the fireplace, a nice outdoor grill, sitting area by an outdoor gas fire feature.
Breakfast had a really good variety, and was fresh. The pool area was a really nice size, went from 3 ft to 5 ft deep. Good size hot tub, could easily accommodate 8 adults.
Situated on the edge of the mall area, you could easily walk to restaurants and shopping, or Starbucks a few blocks away.
Loved everything about this hotel and will definitely stay again when I'm in the area!

We had a suite with two bedrooms and living space/kitchen. Rooms were nice and plenty of amenities. The hotel's indoor pool was refreshing, especially when it was freezing outside. Location is near lots of shops and restaurants. Their breakfast buffet had a good selection to choose from. Would definitely stay there again!

I’ve been staying here on and off this past year for work. I’ve tried several hotels in the area and this is the best. Troy, Chris and John, along with all of the front desk staff are some of the most welcoming people I’ve come across in my travels. They are very accommodating and truly make this place. The rooms are big and have been recently renovated. The location is great and walking distance to several good restaurants, including a soon to open Cooper’s Hawk. Breakfast options vary and the staff work hard to keep everything clean and stocked. My husband and I love their coffee! When working in the area, I won’t stay anywhere else.

Stayed here as a visiting fan for a Wisconsin home football game. It's not far but with all the traffic lights about a 20 minute ride. The hotel was great. The rooms and lobby area are fully updated/modern. The bed was comfortable. The 2 room suites were very spacious. The breakfast was very good, wide selection of food. Plenty of parking spaces. There is also several things within walking distance from shops to restaurants. My friends got there before I did, and once they showed I was checked in they were given keys the rooms.

I stayed here because it was fairly close to the UW hospital. It has great suites with full kitchens, high-speed internet, and free breakfast. The breakfast was better than most Marriots I stay at. Parking and checking/checkout was easy. I will be staying here often.

All around great experience. Front desk staff members were friendly and informative. Room (studio) was clean and surprisingly spacious for the price. Room was quiet during my entire stay. Complementary breakfast was decent with a good amount of selection and daily variety. The only gripe I can think of was the gym was quite limited outside of cardio. Overall, I definitely enjoyed my stay here.

This was probably one of my best hotel stays ever. The room exceeded my expectations, it was so nice! The staff were all very professional and friendly. Super comfortable bed in the two room suite. It had all the cooking utensils we needed, dishes,etc. The location is really cool too because it's nice and quiet, but close enough to everything. I will definitely return. If you haven't stayed here yet, you definitely should. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing staff, great room, super comfy bed! They accommodated our needs for minor changes to check in and check out times. The cleaning staff were so kind and friendly and very helpful. Everyone here was great!!! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance which were great for lunch and dinner. Free HBO and Showtime. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Hotel front desk is very welcoming at check-in and accommodating. The staff greeting guests were both friendly and professional. Also, Shakira put together an awesome welcome bag that includes water, snacks, and brochures for local restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel stay if you are in the area.

I just finished my stay here of 31 nighrs and it was beyond pleasant. The rooms are clean, with great decor and accommodations. The breakfast is one of the best I have had at any hotel. The staff from housekeeping, to culinary, to the front desk are all so helpful and friendly. I have to give a shout out to Shakira at the front desk for going above and beyond to make this a special stay. Being a young adult that is new to the area, Shakira went out of her way to check in with me and recommend great locations in the area. She also took the time to get to know me as a person during my stay, and I have never received such service and treatment from any hotel I have ever stayed at. This hotel is a 10/10 and is perfect for whatever needs you may have.

I've stayed here three times now. Really nice rooms, very clean. I love love love the breakfast that they have. Good variety of healthy options plus waffles, whipped cream and syrup!! Staff is always nice and the people that manage the breakfast area are quick to respond to requests.

This place is awesome especially if needing a place for an extended stay. The housekeeping is amazing and accommodating. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean and beds were very comfortable. They offer a free breakfast with hot and cold items that was really good. In addition they offer free food, wine and soft drinks on Monday and Tuesdays and every other wednesday. Its nearby a wide variety of restaurants and shops. I really love it here. Plus they allow pets and ours were treated like royalty.

This was a really comfortable place to stay. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are nicely appointed. There is an outdoor patio that was just lovely in the evening next to the outdoor fireplace. Once a week there is a complementary burger and beer reception in the lobby. There are some games in the lobby for kids to hang out and spend some time. We even saw a wedding take place here!

Renovations made this hotel an excellent deal. Breakfast in AM was very good.

The place is beautiful. The staff members are super nice. The rooms are cozy. My favorite part is is has black-out roller shades, unlike curtains, this covers the whole window and doesn't let in any sun. Now the pull-out sofa bed, not as cusioned as we though, but that's ok cause the bed is super nice and comfy.

Got a great deal on a room here from Priceline. However, the stay would have been worth it paying full price! Clean, spacious rooms complete with a kitchenette. It is essentially a mini apartment. Best continental breakfast I've had at a hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

We have been staying here for over a month now while we wait to move back home (our apartment complex had a fire.) This place and all of the employees have been great. Every day they greet us with smiles and hellos. (This is all staff, no matter the title they all take time to greet you) Breakfast is one of the best free breakfasts we have had at a hotel. (Lots of choices) 3 days out the week they have free dinner. Has a gym, pool, hot tub. One day we had a issue with air conditioner and they went out of their way to try and fix it, offered another room. Even gave us a gift card to go out to dinner :) our stay has been made to feel as if we are home or even better!

Nice and quiet. It's tucked a bit further back from the road than most hotels in this area and they have one of the more diverse breakfast spreads of the local hotels. I appreciates the complimentary microwave popcorn and candy dish in the room. A bit more than other hotels, but if staying a full week in the area, I'd recommend.
