Ana in the beauty area was amazing, she was so polite and professional. Just can’t say enough, went in to get something for my wife. She did not judge, just helped me like I was any other customer. Very informative and patient. Kudos to her, wish stores would hire more employees like her. Wish my company had managers that took some pages out of her playbook. She would definitely make a great team leader.

Great store with a large variety of items. Staff is friendly, helpful and more than willing to assist customers with any of their purchases or questions. During the days they have deals prices for a lot of items are inexpensive and makes it a really good experience to shop there. Also quality for price is very good too! Highly recommend for people to check JCPenney out while at West Towne mall.

One of the last old fashion department stores in the mall. I found everything I was looking for. Good quality items and a variety of labels you trust. You can use on line too. But if you want to try on clothes before you buy them this is a good destination to visit. Wide variety of goods. Good Christmas deals!

I came in to buy dress pants and a dress shirt for my high schooler, and while stock was lower due to recent school dances, Donald provided us with excellent service that exceeded my expectations. He helped determine needed sizes, made suggestions on style, located appropriately sized stock, made sure we were happy and had everything we needed, and did so with a smile and enthusiasm that told us he was pleased to assist us. His customer service was exemplary!

Convenient location. JC penny beauty is very convenient as it is in the store supplying all beauty products. Good quality clothes for the whole family. Helpful staff. Fashionable seasonal clothes.

Went looking for bedroom curtains & curtain rods. This is the 1st time in a LONG time we have been in J C Penney. Their selection in the store was better than expected although probably not as good as looking in their catalog.

Found something that worked for us. We were pleasantly surprised when the checkout person offered us at 35% discount if we signed up for a JCPenney credit card. Of course we did that! The 35 percent discount is also good for 24 hours after our initial purchase. We will look to see if there is anything we see in the catalog that we would like to buy for 35 35% off.

Not sure if we will be back, but you never know. ☺

I just went in today to do a pickup order and grab a couple of earrings. Rachel (Madison west) working at the service desk was outstanding. Help me with finding my coupons that I forgot it at home. She was super friendly.

I think JCPenney's is having an identity crisis. I want to look for clothes and they had so many different styles. There's also an issue with sizing. I found that the sizing was not consistent so you may need to take several of the same item in different sizes into the dressing room. The display floor was messy and not and inviting place to shop. The one bonus is that they have a Sephora! It makes me think that's what's keeping them afloat.

This is such a great place to shop for all your family needs. Be sure to sign up for email some great ways to save also. Shoes for the whole family. For the ladies lots of great choices in clothing and outer. Make up and perfume are an extra addition. Men's suits and alterations are reasonably priced for all occasions. They have optical that is so full of choices. Come for bedding and household items. Stop by soon for great savings!

Lovely store, decent prices. One of the best kept secrets is their excellent hair salon which is always busy (so maybe not a secret after all). The points you get from the salon can be used on any purchase at the store and they really do make a difference. Love it.

The place is Always nice and clean. The customer service is always good. They tend to always have stuff on sale which is a plus. I go looking for one thing and come out with multiple things.

Their sales representative in the shoe department was very polite, patient, and helpful. And, honest about shoes.
